Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions. Any entry not complying with these conditions is invalid. The Promoter (SunRice) may at its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these conditions of entry.
Entry is open to residents of Australia, 18 years of age or over who fulfil the entry requirements. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, the Promoter's Agencies, and the retailer sponsor are ineligible to enter. Entrants under 18 years of age must have their parent or guardian's approval to enter.
The Promotion commences at 9.00am (AEDT) on 01.12.2015 and closes at 11.59pm (AEDT) on 29.01.2016. (“Promotion Period").
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, late, lost or misdirected entries, and incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, outside of the Promoter’s control. To enter entrants must Regram one of their favourite posts from posts promoted throughout the Summer Salad Promotion. Fans must also add their most creative caption to win and utilise the #sunrice to post.
The eight (8) winners will be selected at Get Glossy, 147 High St, Preston, VIC, 3072 at 2.00pm (AEDT) on 01.06.2015. The winners will be announced on the SunRice Instagram on 30.01.2016.
There will be three (8) winners of this competition,
The three (8) entries as selected by the promoter will win a Picnic hamper, Woolworths gift card, Salt and Pepper Salad bowl and serving spoon and fork, plus SunRice prize pack. Summer Salad prize pack to the value of $246.90 Each prize pack will include the following:
1 x Picnic basket RRP $100.00
1x $50 Woolworths Voucher RRP $50.00
1x Salt and Pepper Salad Bowl RRP $29.95
1 x Salt and Pepper Serving utensils RRP $54.95
1 x SunRice Summer Salad Rice pack RRP $12.00
8. The total maximum retail value of all prizes is AUD$246.90
No compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for other goods and are not redeemed for cash.
The Promoter may conduct such further draws as are necessary if prize(s) remain unclaimed 1 month after the draw or an entrant is unable to satisfy these conditions. Should the Promoter be required to conduct a further draw for any of the reasons set out in this clause, it will conduct the further draws at the same time and place as the original draw, on 28.02.2016, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
To the extent permitted by law including statutory guarantees or warranties under consumer protection laws, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained or in any way connected with the Promotion and/or its prizes. Tax implications may arise from the receipt or use of a prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Any costs associated with accessing the SunRice fan page on Instagram is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of participating in this promotion or accepting any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions from the various lottery Departments.
The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners' names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity and residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
