5. Entrants must be over the age of 18 to enter. The competition is open to new subscribers of the Appliances Online “Exclusive email-only offer list” only. Existing subscribers or subscribers who have cancelled their subscription in the last 40 days will not be eligible.
6. By entering the Competition, the entrant agrees to the publication of their name on the Appliances Online Website and in the email newsletter, should they be declared the winner.
7. Appliances Online is entitled to use any of the entries submitted in any manner and for any purpose at its absolute discretion, including using the entries for research, promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. Appliances Online is entitled to amend, edit, select, crop, retouch, add to or delete from any part of the submitted entry.
8. The Competition is a game of chance and skill has no effect on the overall result.
9. There is 1 (one) winner, which may be subject to change. Appliances Online’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The prize winner will be notified by Appliances Online by 02/03/2022 via an email from an Appliances Online representative. It is the Entrants’ responsibility to provide correct details to confirm acceptance of each Prize. If the winner does not contact Appliances Online by email or phone within two (2) days of being notified they are a prizewinner, they will forfeit the Prize and another winner will be selected and notified.
11. Appliances Online reserves the right to select additional reserve entries and record them in order, in case an invalid entry is the original winner.
12. The prizes will consist of a Sunbeam Barista Max Espresso Coffee Machine Silver EM5300S valued at $699. Prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
13. If the prize is not claimed by 04/03/2022, another Winner will be decided at Appliances Online, Level 2, 20A Danks Street, Redfern NSW.
14. By accepting the prize, the winners agree to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests from Appliances Online relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed, photographed, filmed and/or chaperoned throughout the duration of the prize.
15. All decisions of Appliances Online are final and no discussions or correspondence will be entered into.
16. Appliances Online reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrant and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by Appliances Online to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
17. Appliances Online reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.

20. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of Appliances Online. Appliances Online collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the Competition and where appropriate award prizes. If the personal information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Competition. By entering the Competition and opting in at the point of product registration, each entrant agrees that Appliances Online may use entrants’ personal information in this manner. Each entrant also agrees that Appliances Online may publish or
cause to be published the winner’s name and locality in any media as required under the relevant legislation.
