5. Entrants must be over the age of 18 to enter. The competition is open to new subscribers of the Appliances Online “Exclusive email-only offer list” only. Existing subscribers or subscribers who have canceled their subscription in the last 40 days will not be eligible.
6. By entering the Competition, the entrant agrees to the publication of their name on the Appliances Online Website and in the email newsletter, should they be declared the winner.
7. Appliances Online is entitled to use any of the entries submitted in any manner and for any purpose at its absolute discretion, including using the entries for research, promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. 13. If the Prize is not claimed by 07/05/2022, another winner will be decided at Appliances Online, Level 2, 20A Danks Street, Redfern NSW.

By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests from Appliances Online relating to the Prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed, photographed, filmed and/or chaperoned throughout the duration of the Prize.
15. The Promoter does not guarantee that the winner will receive the Prize on or before Mother’s Day 8 May 2022. The winner acknowledges that delivery of the prize may be impacted by possible delays depending on the location of the winner’s nominated delivery address.

21. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of Appliances Online. Appliances Online collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the Competition and where appropriate award prizes.
