WHO CAN ENTER?The Competition is open to all residents of Australia who are aged 18 years and older who hold a current and valid Australian driver’s licence and are able to travel to Melbourne for three (3) days/two (2) nights nominated by the Promoter in its absolute discretion between 4th to 13th November 2016 in order to coincide with The Block Grand Finale, except employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, the Sponsor and all companies and agencies associated with this Competition (“Entrants”).

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Competition commences on Wednesday 24th August 2016 at 12:00pm AEST and concludes on Monday 31st October 2016 at 11:59pm AEDT. (the “Competition Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, Entrants must, during the Competition Period:
a) go online to https://www.9now.com.au/the-block/season-12/extras/win/suzuki (“Competition Website”);
b) follow the prompts on the Competition Website to submit a vote for the one (1) couple out of five (5) couples on The Block (each, a “Couple”) who they think will win The Block;
c) fully and correctly complete the Competition entry form with their details, including their full name, phone number, postcode, state, current and valid email address and contact telephone number;
d) choose their preferred Suzuki Vitara Turbo exterior & interior colour
e) agree to the Competition terms and conditions; and
f) submit their fully completed Competition entry form.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: one (1) entry (and vote) per person per 24 hour period. Entrants can vote for multiple Couples provided each vote is submitted in a separate entry in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
PRIZES:
All entries will be pooled into five (5) separate draws for each of the five (5) Couples, based on the Couple who received a vote in each entry. The first valid entry drawn from all entries received in each of the five (5) draws will be deemed the winner and will represent the Couple corresponding to that draw at The Block Grand Finale 2016. Five (5) minor prize winners in total. The minor prize winners will attend The Block Grand Finale and will have the opportunity to win the major prize as stated in paragraph 17. The minor prize winners will win the minor prize stated below. The draws will take place at Nine Digital Pty Ltd, ABN 33 077 753 461, Level 6, Tower Building, Australia Square, 264-278 George Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 on Tuesday 1st November 2016 at 16:30 AEDT. Winners will be notified by phone and in writing and their names and localities will be published on https://www.9now.com.au/theblock/season-12/extras/win/suzuki on Thursday 3rd November 2016.
Each minor prize comprises of the following components:
a) return economy airfares for two (2) people from winner’s closest Australian State or Territory capital city to Melbourne, valued up to $1510.00 (depending on point of departure). If a winner resides within 30km of Prahran, Victoria, this component of the minor prize will be forfeited;
b) return private car transfers from the destination airport to the destination hotel and The Block site valued at $1188.00. If a winner resides within 30km of Prahran, Victoria, this component of the minor prize will be forfeited and the winner will instead receive return private car transfers from their residential address within 30km of Prahran, Victoria to the destination hotel, The Block site;
c) two (2) nights’ accommodation for two (2) people at a minimum four (4) star hotel nominated by the Promoter in Melbourne, valued at $952.00; and
d) Crown Casino complex food and beverage voucher valued at $250. Individual maximum minor prize valued up to $3,900.00.
Total maximum minor prize pool valued up to $19,500.00.
On the night of The Block Grand Finale, each minor prize winner will represent the Couple who they voted for in their winning entry. The minor prize winner that represents the winning Couple of The Block will be deemed the major prize winner and will win one (1) Suzuki Vitara S Turbo 2WD with premium two tone paint valued at $31,240 including GST. The major prize includes standard fittings, registration (including compulsory third party insurance), stamp duty and on road costs. The major prize does not include fuel, comprehensive insurance and all other ancillary costs associated with redeeming and owning the prize, and these are the
sole responsibility and cost of the winner.
Major prize valued at $31,240 (national drive away price at time of print). Total maximum prize pool value (minor prizes + major prize) for this Competition is up to $50,740.00.
