When will the competition start and end?The competition starts at 12:00am Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time (“AEDST”) on 01/02/2021 and ends at 11:59pm AEDST on 15/03/2021 (“Promotional Period”).
Who can enter?Only Australian residents aged 18 and over are eligible to enter this competition.
Who can't enter?Directors, officers, management and employees of: (a) the Promoter; or (b) the agencies or companies associated with this competition, and their immediate families, can't enter.
Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

What do I need to do to enter?To enter, individuals must complete one (1) of the following entry mechanics during the Promotional Period. Only one (1) entry permitted per person, per email address.

Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
How many winners will there be and how will they be chosen?There will be 1 winner determined in respect of this promotion.
The draw will be held at Intrepid Travel PTY, Level 7, 567 Collins Street, Melbourne 3000, VIC, at 2:00pm (AEST) on 17/03/2021.
The first valid entry drawn randomly from the entries received during the Promotional Period will win the prize.
The winner will be notified in writing by email within two (2) business days of the draw and their name will be published online at https://www.intrepidtravel.com/win-tasmania from 20/03/2021.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize details:
Prize does not include flights from winners closet city.
Prize must be fully booked/redeemed by 15/10/2021 and travel must have commenced by 15/12/2021. Intrepid Group loyalty program will not form part of the prize and Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize.
The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
A minimum number of (4) travellers must be confirmed the Intrepid Travel trip/s for the prize winner booking to be confirmed on their requested date, please check at time of booking
If I win, when must I claim my prize?You must acknowledge receipt of the prize by 5pm (AEST) on 14/06/2021
Please note that all tours are subject to availability, so we strongly recommend you book in the full prize tour at your earliest convenience.
What if I don't claim my prize on time?If the prize remans unclaimed by 5pm AEST on 14/06/2021 a redraw will take place on 16/06/2021 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winner will be notified in writing by email within two (2) business days of the draw and their name will be published online at www.intrepidtravel.com from 18/06/2021.
Travelling conditions:
This prize cannot be used on existing bookings or in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.
Travel Insurance is required recommended for Australian Citizens travelling on Intrepid trips within Australia & is not included in the prize.
All trip bookings must be booked and confirmed at least 56 days prior to departure.
Travel must be arranged by the winner contacting Intrepid Travel directly. Details will be provided to the prize winner directly. This prize cannot be booked through a travel agent or online.
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or other Force Majeure, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
