WHO CAN ENTER?Entry is free and open to Australian residents who:
are 18 years of age or older;
are holders of a valid driver's licence that allows the holder to drive anywhere in Australia;
enter into the Promotion by submitting their details on one of the entry pages for the Promotion during the Promotion Period, located at www.dodo.com/car or www.noworries.com.au/car. These pages can be found by following links on the Promoter's website and social media pages, as well as the Affiliate Sponsors' website and social media pages ("Entry Pages"),
but excludes:
employees of the Promoter, the Affiliate Sponsors and their related and parent companies, and each of the employees immediate families. ("Eligible Entrants").
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Promotion begins at 12.01am on 01/08/15 and closes at 11.59pm on 31/05/16 ("Promotion Period").
HOW TO ENTER:
How the Promotion works
Eligible Entrants will receive one (1) entry into the draw for each of the following activities:
at any time during the Promotion Period, the Eligible Entrants submits their details through one of the Entry Pages;
the Eligible Entrant requests an online quote from Dodo Insurance Pty Ltd for motor vehicle insurance by following the links at www.dodo.com/insurance;
the Eligible Entrant participates in one of the Promoter's or Affiliate Promoters' Radio or Television challenges, Cinema or Print challenges, and is selected by the Promoter to receive an additional entry into the draw;
the Eligible Entrant participates in one of the Dodo Connect store challenges and is selected by the Promoter to receive an additional entry into the draw;
the Eligible Entrant participates in one of the Promoter's social media challenges, and is selected by the Promoter to receive an additional entry into the draw;
the Eligible Entrant successfully refers a friend to the promotion during the Promotion Period by using the "Refer-a-Friend" facility available on the Entry Pages;
for each post-paid service (broadband, home phone, mobile, mobile wireless broadband, Dodo TV with Fetch, electricity, gas, home insurance, content insurance, car insurance) that the Eligible Entrant holds with the Promoter or Affiliate Sponsors at any stage during the Promotion Period;
the Eligible Entrant subscribes to the No Worries newsletter;
for each purchase by an Eligible Entrant of a product on the No Worries Online Pty Ltd website; or
if the Eligible Entrant is awarded an additional ticket by the Promoter.
PRIZE:
Major Prizes
The first randomly drawn entry from Eligible Entrants will win a choice of:
a new 85kW Model S Tesla, including 12 months private registration, 12 months compulsory third party insurance, dealer delivery and stamp duty valued at $142,017. The value of the prize is calculated based on the Victorian recommended retail price. This price varies from state to state; or
a new Ford Mustang Fastback, 5.0-litre Ti-VCT V8/6-speed automatic transmission vehicle including 12 months private registration, 12 months compulsory third party insurance, dealer delivery and stamp duty valued at $62,187. The value of the prize is calculated based on the Victorian recommended retail price. This price varies from state to state.
and
$2,700 worth of credit to be used for Electricity and Gas with M2 Energy Pty Ltd (trading as Dodo Power & Gas).
("the Major Prize")
If the prize winner is located outside of the M2 Energy Pty Ltd's supply areas, then the Electricity and Gas component of the prize will be provided as a cash alternative.
Subject to gaming regulations, the major prize winner may opt to select an alternative prize of AUD$60,000, payable as a cheque in the name of the winner ("Alternative Prize"). In the event that the winner selects the Alternative Prize, the prize winner will not be entitled to receive the Major Prize.
The value of the major prize is accurate as at the commencement of this Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Major Prize after that date.
To grant the prize winner with the flexibility of customizing the Major Prize or electing to receive the Alternative Prize, the Major Prize will only be ordered once the prize winner has been drawn. However, the prize winner must note that the supplier of the Major Prize has an expected delivery timeframe of up to 8 months from the date of the order. The Promoter and the Affiliate Sponsors do not have any relationship with the manufacturer or supplier of the Major Prize.
The total prize pool for the Major Prize is AUD$144,717 (inc GST).
