WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is only open to Australian residents 18 years and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and agencies associated with the Promoter, are ineligible to enter. Extended family members of those persons are permitted to participate in the promotion.
Independent Consultants, Group Leaders and Branch Managers of the Promoter, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter. Extended family members are authorised to participate.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The promotion commences at 11:00 AWST on 07 July 2015 and closes at 23:59 AWST on 4 August 2015. The time of entry will in each case be the time the entry is received by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries not received by the Promoter or delays in the delivery due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, participants must fill out the entry form on the Thermomix in Australia competition app at www.facebook.com/thermomixinaustralia by completing all entry form fields and uploading a video of their entry.
By entering, the participant agrees that, without limitation;
they have permission of all parents/legal guardians of all children featured in the video, to submit the video for the purpose of this competition and to allow reproduction of the video on the Thermomix in Australia Facebook page if chosen.
the content submitted is their own, or they have consent to use the content for this submission
their entry will not contain viruses or cause harm or injury to any person or entity
they will not submit material that is unlawful or fraudulent, that is a breach of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights, defamatory, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, sexually inappropriate, violent, abusive, politically incorrect, racist, sexist, objectionable with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, not suitable for children under 15 or otherwise unsuitable for publication un the context of this competition.
they have complied with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation, those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and access to or use of others' computers or communication systems.
they have the full rights to grant to the Promoter the rights referred to in these Conditions of Entry
they will indemnify the Promotor against all costs and claims by third parties arising from a breach in these Conditions of Entry
Limit of one entry per entrant.
Any contact details entered incorrectly on the Promotional website shall be deemed invalid and will result in an ineligible entry.
PRIZES:
The nine shortlisted entries will each win a 9 tray stainless steel Excalibur Dehydrator (DEHY009) and a signed copy of the cookbook Alice's Food A to Z, valued at $1009 (incl GST).
One winner will receive a Thermomix Model 5 and The Basic Cookbook and recipe chip valued at $2089 (incl GST) in addition to the shortlisted prize outlined in point 1. It is a condition of entry that the winner must receive the prize by personal delivery by a Thermomix Consultant so that use of the product can be demonstrated.
The maximum total retail value of the prize pool is up to AUD $11,170. The prizes are subject to change depending on stock availability at the time of the awarding of prizes.
