To enter the promotion, Eligible Entrants must, within the Promotional Period, log into any one of the Promoter’s websites, the Promoter’s mobile applications (via their compatible mobile device in the manner required), any affiliated website or mobile application in the Promoter’s partnership program and fully and correctly complete and submit their entry in accordance with the instructions provided, or undertake a Brands of Choice telephone survey (“Eligible Entrant”). NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Eligible Entrants will be required to provide all mandatory information required for an advertised promotion they enter in order to complete their entry, and all details must be correct in order for the entry to be considered valid. Entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Promoter's Privacy Policy and Data Collection Statement.

All eligible entries will be entered into the applicable prize draw. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, delayed or not completed properly.
The use of any automated entry software or any mechanical, electronic or other means that allows an Entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that Entrant invalid.
Entrants are responsible for their own costs associated with accessing the internet.

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstake, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).
There will be two draws. The draws will take place at 2.00pm AEDT/AEST at MDSA, Level 17, 40 Mount Street, North Sydney NSW 2060. All entries received from 8 August 2019 to 8 February 2020 will be entered in Draw 1 on 13 February 2020, and all entries received from 9 February 2019 to 31 July 2020 will be entered in Draw 2 on 5 August 2020.
The winners will be notified by phone and in writing (email) within 2 working days of the draw and their name and locality will be published on www.brandleadersgiveaway.com/competitions/winners Draw 1 on 17 February 2020, and Draw 2 on 7 August 2020, for a minimum of 28 days.
The Prize Selection. The winner of the draw will be flown to Sydney (if required, one return economy airfare to a maximum value of AU$2000 provided – flight associated taxes included) from their nearest Australian capital city (or Christchurch, Wellington or Auckland if a New Zealand winner) and transported to the Promoter’s office at Level 2, 410 Crown Street, Sydney NSW 2010 on 6 March 2020 (Draw 1), and 26 August 2020 (Draw 2).
At 12:00 noon on the specified Prize Selection date for each draw the winner may then select one envelope from a choice of 100 and will win that envelope’s contents ie. One envelope will contain the message ‘AU$45,000’ (or local currency equivalent) for the Promoter to provide the winner’s Major Prize Choice (See Terms & Conditions for full details)’, and ninety nine envelopes will contain the message ‘AU$10,000’ (or local currency equivalent) in the form of a Bank Transfer paid to the Winner’s bank account. (See Terms & Conditions for full details). The maximum retail value of the prize is AU$45,000 (or local currency equivalent), which is correct as at 2 August 2019. For the avoidance of doubt, there are two prizes being awarded in this promotion globally. The maximum value of each prize is AU$45,000. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation of the value of the prize or foreign exchange rate.
If the winner hasn’t selected the Major Prize envelope, after the winner has chosen & opened their envelope the contents of the winning Major Prize envelope (containing the AU$45,000 message) will be revealed to the winner. The chance of a winner selecting the Grand Prize for each draw is one in one hundred. In the case that a winner is unable to attend the ‘envelope selection’ at the location of the envelope selection, they may appoint one proxy to attend and choose an envelope in their absence, or may request that a representative of the Promoter choose the envelope on their behalf.
Major Prize. If on the Prize Selection date the winner selects the envelope containing the Major Prize, their prize will be in the form of the winner's choice of one of the following prize options;
Prize Option A. Any combination of motor vehicles, , motorbikes, , travel, and Cash to a maximum value of AU$45,000 (or local currency equivalent);OR
Prize Option B. Any combination of flights (flight associated taxes included), accommodation and cash to a maximum value of AU$45,000 (or local currency equivalent); OR
Prize Option D. AU$45,000 (or local currency equivalent) Cheque payable to a property developer of the winner’s choice; OR
Prize Option E. A cheque for AU$45,000 (or local currency equivalent)
The maximum retail value of each prize is AU$45,000 including GST. Total maximum prize pool value is AU$94,000 (or local currency equivalent)
