Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter is Priceline Pty Ltd, ABN 18 005 968 310 located at 250 Camberwell Rd, Camberwell VIC 3124 (Promoter).
This offer is open to all Australian residents. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Participants under the age of 18 must first seek permission from their parent or legal guardian.
The Sponsors of this promotion are COTY Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 96 058 696 549, located at Level 31, 1 Market St, Sydney NSW 2000 and Roadshow Films Pty Ltd, ABN 28 100 746 870, located at 1 Garden St, South Yarra VIC 3141.
The competition commences on 18/05/2017 at 12:01am, and concludes on 14/06/2017 at 11:59pm (Promotional Period). All times are AEST
How to Enter
To enter, eligible individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
purchase any Covergirl product from a Priceline or Priceline Pharmacy store in Australia or via the Priceline online store at www.priceline.com.au;
visit www.priceline.com.au/covergirl, input the requested details (including their full name, date of birth, telephone number, residential address and valid email address);
submit the fully completed online entry form;
retain the original copy of their Priceline, Priceline Pharmacy store or Priceline online store purchase receipt for all entries as proof of purchase.
It is the responsibility of each eligible entrant to ensure that their details, including their phone number, email address and Priceline Sister Club membership details are correct and up to date.
Winner Determination
The winning entry will all be drawn at random at Priceline Pty Ltd, 250 Camberwell Rd, Camberwell 3124 on Monday 19th June 2017 at 11.00am AEST.
The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within two (2) business days. The name of the winner will also be published on www.priceline.com.au the day after each draw and in The Australian on Friday 23rd June 2017.
If neither a phone number or email address of the winner are supplied or they are incorrect, then the winner will be disqualified and a new winner will be drawn.
The Promoters may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. If any of the prizes are not claimed by 12:00pm on Monday 26th June 2017, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct further draws at 2:00pm on Wednesday 28th June 2017 at the same location as the original draw as are necessary to distribute the prize, subject to any written directions given by the relevant gaming authorities

The first entry drawn will receive a trip for two (2) people to Athens, Greece valued at up to $9,147 (including GST) depending on point of departure. The prize includes:

Prize must be taken within 12 months of acceptance and is subject to booking and flight availability. During the entire duration of the prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age. The winner and his/her travel companions must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoters in their absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.
Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, all other expenses are the responsibility of the winners (and their companion) including but not limited to current passports, visas, meals, spending money, drinks, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls, activities, gratuities, services charges, pre and post accommodation, optional activities or excursions, travel to and from the Winner’s Australian departure point and all other ancillary costs.
The prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year or Public Holidays in the departure or arrival country.

All elements of the prize are subject to availability; if unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered. Once confirmed, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled.
All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel.
Any necessary visas or insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests. Winners are required to purchase travel insurance for all the travelling parties as a condition of prize acceptance.
The archery experience can be conducted in Greek or English. The experience will be tailored to the participants’ age and abilities. A medical certification for the ability of the participants is required and participants require full insurance.
The sword fighting lesson can be conducted in Greek or English. Nylon swords will be used and protective clothing will be provided. The minimum age is 18 years old. Any underlying health conditions should be disclosed at time of booking.
The Private tour is conducted in Greek and English.
A dress code may apply for the set dinner and wine pairing. The minimum drinking age is 18 years old. Proof of age may be required before alcohol is served.
Minor Prizes
The first thirty (30) runners up will receive an In Season Double Pass to see Wonder Woman in cinemas, valued at $42 each.
The overall Minor Prize Pool is valued at $1,260.
Other
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any eligible entrant where the Promoter believes that the entry or the entry process has been tampered with or where any entry has been submitted not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, misdirected claims or correspondence due to incorrect entrant information.
The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not be able to participate in the promotion. All personal information collected will be dealt with in accordance with Australian privacy laws and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at www.priceline.com.au. The Promoter will not disclose this information to anyone other than contractors who provide services to the Promoter for the purposes of conducting this promotion unless compelled or permitted by law. The contact details of the winning entry may be passed onto a third party for prize notification and fulfilment.
If the prize is unavailable, the Promoters, in their discretion, reserve the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to cancel, modify or suspend these terms and/or this promotion in whole or in part, including, but not limited to in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Promotion is compromised, subject to any written directions from the various lottery departments and without liability to the participant.
The prize (including any unused portion of the prize) cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted except by the Promoter who may at their sole discretion, subject to the relevant state authorities, substitute any prize with one of comparable value if the advertised prize is or becomes unavailable for any reason. The Promoter will not replace any lost or stolen prizes, or take responsibility for any broken products in the delivery of the product or after it has been delivered. It is not the responsibility of the Promoter to insure any products.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner (inc. photograph, film, and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited time without notice or remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition.
The total prize value of the promotion is approximately $10,407
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize.
