PROMOTIONAL PERIOD & ELIGIBILITY:
The promotion commences on 9:00AM EST 7 January 2015 and concludes at 12:00PM EST 4 Feb 2015.  Entry is open to all Australian Residents aged 18 years and over.  
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the promotion, participants must do the following:
(i) Visit the competition page at Aloha Down Under Facebook page at facebook.com/AlohaDownUnder;
(ii) Fill in their details (First Name, Last Name, Email Address, State of residence) to enter the competition
Maximum of 1 entry per person. Bonus entry will be rewarded for each friend on Facebook or Twitter that you invite that enters the competition.
PRIZE:
Prize package inclusions (values may vary slightly due to price fluctuations)
The winner will receive a trip for two to Hawaii. There is only one prize package and all inclusions were valued at $9,344.90 on 8/12/15.
o Two return economy airfares from Sydney or Brisbane to Honolulu flying Hawaiian Airlines (valued at AU$3,000 including taxes and fuel surcharges per person)
o 8 nights’ accommodation at Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort $US309 per night + Taxes US$345.12 AU (valued at $5,811.90) NB: Actual value may vary based on fluctuations in price on accommodations)
o Duke's Oceanfest VIP PACK for two people with Luau with special seating at Lei Draping ceremony and access to the Legends VIP  area and Preferred seating at the Surf Polo Tournament (valued at $204)
o Return airport transfers with fresh flower lei greeting (valued at AU$329)
Hawaiian Airlines
o Two return economy class tickets on HAWAIIAN AIRLINES between Sydney or Brisbane and Honolulu.
o Travel must be as follows:22 Aug 2015 Sydney or Brisbane – Honolulu and 30 August 2015 Honolulu – Sydney or Brisbane
o Winner is responsible for booking the flights once the prize letter is issued.
o Winner needs to be at least 18yrs of age.
o Non-transferable/Non-exchangeable/Non-replaceable/Non-upgradeable/Non-Changeable. Further fare rules may apply.
o The prize winner and their guest must travel together and share the same itinerary.
o Seats are subject to availability. We suggest you make your reservation as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
o Travel dates need to be booked and ticketed within 30 days of receiving the prize. Please ensure your booking is made by 5th March 2015.
Accommodation
o Prize includes double occupancy hotel accommodations for 6 nights in an City View (CV) room at Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort and a welcome amenity upon arrival.
o Prize winner will be provided an accommodation certificate redeemable for 8-nights hotel accommodations for the dates Aug 22-30, 2015, at the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort, Oahu, Hawaii.
o Approximate retail value of the hotel accommodations is $AUD 5,811.90 inclusive of tax.
o The accommodation certificate is valid only for the dates noted and shall be forfeited if prize winner is not able to meet those dates.
o Redemption of the accommodation certificate is subject to all prize and travel restrictions noted within the Terms and Conditions. 
o Prize winner will be required to have/present at least one major credit card or debit card in good standing or make a cash deposit upon check-in at the hotel.
o Prize winner and guest (if applicable) are solely responsible for providing all necessary identification documents and will be responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents.
o Items not specifically mentioned as being included as part of the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner and his/her guest including, but not limited to, ground transportation, travel tax, tips, travel insurance, room service, laundry service, additional meals, entertainment, baggage fees, hotel incidentals, local and long distance telephone calls, gratuities, personal items, government fees, and all other costs and expenses not otherwise mentioned herein. 
o If the grand prize winner chooses to redeem the accommodation certificate without a guest, the remaining elements of the Grand Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to grand prize winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. 
o No cash equivalent for any prize (or prize element) will be available.
o Valid for a consecutive 6 night stay for 2 people, valid for check-in on 22 Aug 2015 and check-out on 30 Aug 2015 only.
o Not redeemable for cash.
Duke's Oceanfest VIP PACK
o Prize includes dukes VIP package for 2 people including, Luau with special seating at Lei Draping ceremony and access to the Legends VIP  area and Preferred seating at the Surf Polo Tournament
o Dates: 22- 30 August 2015
o Surf Boards are provided for any events you participate in some events may incur a fee.
o Hawaii Tourism Oceania accepts no responsibility for the entrant not using the prize.
o The prize winner and their companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together on the same dates/times.
o No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize will be awarded for any reason, including for cancellation of trip due to natural calamities or any other force majeure event. 
Airport Transfers
o Private round-trip transfers between Honolulu Airport and Ala Moana Hotel valid for two (2) passengers.
o At least two (2) weeks’ notice prior to making a booking.
o Each passenger is entitled to have two (2) pieces of baggage.
o There will be an additional charge for sports equipment, band instruments, bicycles (must be in a container), surfboards (maximum length of 6 feet), and other unusual size baggage that require special handling.
