WHO CAN ENTER?Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who: (a) are registered and verified members of the PERi-Perks loyalty program and hold a valid PERi-Perks membership at the time of entry and the draw; and (b) are available
to travel to Paris, France from 23rd July 2015 to 31st July 2015 if drawn as the winner. Employees (and their immediate families) of Nando’s Australia Pty Ltd,
its agencies, venues and outlets associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step- brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The promotion commences at 10:00am AEST on 06/05/2015 and final entries close at 11:59pm AEST on 28/06/2015 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, eligible individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a) spend AU$15.00 or more in one (1) transaction at any Nando’s
restaurant in Australia (“Qualifying Transaction”); and
b) successfully scan (or have a staff member scan) their registered
and verified PERi-Perks membership (either via their membership card or barcode in the PERi-Perks Application installed on their phone) to record their Qualifying Transaction.
Once the above steps are completed, individuals will receive an automatic entry into the draw.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction (regardless of the total amount spent in excess of AU$15.00 in that transaction); and (b) each entry must be made separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
PRIZE:
There will be one (1) prize (“Prize”) awarded. The first valid entry drawn in the draw will win the Prize. The Prize is a trip for two (2) adults to Paris, France, departing Australia on 23rd July 2015 and returning on the 31st July 2015, valued at up to AU$16,150.00 depending on point of departure. Prize includes:
• economy return flights for two (2) from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city airport to Paris, France;
• a maximum of four (4) nights, twin share accommodation at a minimum four (4) star hotel in Paris (exact hotel and room type to be determined by Nando’s Australia Pty Ltd);
• a maximum of three (3) nights, Superior Twin room accommodation at the Assiette Champenoise Chateaux, with a bottle of Champagne on arrival;
 two (2) tickets to a VIP cocktail party. From where the final stage of the Tour de France 2015 can be viewed;
• one (1) full day wine tour of the Champagne wine region, including hotel pick up/drop off, lunch and refreshments (exact itinerary to be determined by Nando’s Australia Pty Ltd);
• private return hotel to airport transfers (in France);
• return transfers (in Australia) from the winner’s home to their nearest airport;
and
• AU$1,000.00 spending money for the winner, awarded in the form of a bank
transfer.
Additional spending money, additional meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Flight departs Australia on 23rd July 2015 and returns from Paris on 31st July 2015 and is subject to booking and flight availability. Four (4) nights, twin share accommodation must be taken between the 24th July 2015 - 27th July 2015. Three (3) nights, Superior Twin room accommodation must be taken between the 28th July 2015 - 30th July 2015. VIP cocktail party tickets only valid on 27th July 2015. Champagne wine region wine tour must be taken on the 29th July 2015. Total prize pool is valued at up
to AU$16,150.00 (GST inclusive). All prizes are valued in Australian dollars, unless otherwise stated.
