WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is open only to Australian resident Qantas Frequent Flyer members who are 21 years of age or over (Eligible Entrants), excluding directors, management, employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate and registered travel companions of employees of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The promotion commences at 12.01am on 4 January 2016 and closes at 11.59pm on 30 January 2016 (Promotion Period).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, Eligible Entrants must during the Promotion Period book car rental in Australia with Avis or Budget through qantas.com/cars. Booking must be for a car rental that is picked up by 20 March 2016.
The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries.
PRIZE:
There will be one (1) prize. The maximum total prize pool value is AU$10,536.90, based on the recommended retail value and the exchange rate at the time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes.
The prize is:
Two (2) return Economy Qantas flights from the winner's nearest Australian capital city to Honolulu Hawaii (includes flight associated taxes)
Five (5) nights twin share accommodation at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort with breakfast (with car parking included for 5 nights)
5 days Full Size car hire (Nissan Altima or similar) with Avis or Budget (subject to availability and rental company Terms & Conditions see Avis website or Budget website. A valid driver's license must be presented at the time of rental). Includes unlimited miles, loss damage waiver, third party liability, state taxes, state imposed surcharges and airport contract fees where applicable. Optional products may be purchased by the renter at the time of rental. At rental commencement the prize winner will be requested to provide a valid credit card so details can be entered into the system for security purposes and to enable the charging of any miscellaneous / optional charges and refueling. If the driver is aged 21-24 an additional young drivers fee may apply, and payment of this fee and the applicable taxes/surcharges is the responsibility of the driver.
Multiple entries are permitted, one entry per car rental booking.
The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the entry is received by the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
