There will be one prize given to the winner in connection with this Promotion, comprised of the following components:

- 5 Nights 4-Star accommodation for 2 adults in an Ocean Front Suite at The Modern Honolulu;
- Breakfast for two daily at Passage Way at The Modern Honolulu or room service;

- VIP seating and access at ADDICTION night club at The Modern Honolulu;
- Specialty appetizer complimentary at Morimoto Waikiki; and
- Signature Spa treatment for two at The Spa at the Modern.
- Prize redemption is subject to the booking terms and conditions notified to the prize winner at the time of booking and includes, without limitation, the following conditions:
- The prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- The 2 adults participating in the prize must travel at the same time.
- Travel in connection with the prize cannot be taken during blackout dates as advised to the travellers (which includes, but is not limited to, Australian and/or Hawaiian public holidays and school holidays).
