PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Promotion will commence at 12:01AM AEST on 22/09/2014 and end at 11:59PM AEDT on 30/10/2014 (Promotion Period).
WHO CAN ENTER?Entry in the Promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older,excluding:
(a)   management, employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter, its related entities, the Participating Outlets and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including suppliers of the prizes);
(b)   a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling of a person referred to in paragraph 9(a) of these Conditions of Entry;
(c)    persons who have breached the terms and conditions of any promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter,
(Eligible Entrants). The persons referred to in paragraph 9(b) of these Conditions of Entry includes natural and non-natural relations (in the opinion of the Promoter) and the Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an Eligible Entrant in its absolute discretion.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter and be eligible to win, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period, purchase any Lavazza beverage in a specially marked disposable cup (Eligible Product) from a Participating Outlet (Qualifying Purchase), and complete their entry in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
Entry is via the Internet only.
Eligible Entrants must complete their Eligible Entry during the Promotion Period by:
(a) visiting www.lavazza.com.au/win (Online Entry Site);
(b) fully completing and submitting the online Promotion entry form on the Online Entry Site (Online Entry Form), including:
all details required on the Online Entry Form, including but not limited to their first name, last name, phone number date of birth and valid email address;
providing the six (6) character unique code (Unique Code) located on the disposable cup from their Eligible Product purchased; and
indicating their acceptance of these Conditions of Entry
(Eligible Entry).
PRIZE:
A random electronic prize draw will be conducted from all Eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period at Prime Focus, 403/62 Beach Street, Port Melbourne, Victoria 3207 (Draw Location) by a representative of the Promoter at 12 noon AEDT on 31/10/2014 (Prize Draw).
The first Eligible Entrant with an Eligible Entry drawn in the Prize Draw will win the Major Prize, as detailed in paragraph 25.
The next five (5) Eligible Entrants with an Eligible Entry drawn in the Prize Draw will each win a Lavazza Premium Milk by Electrolux capsule coffee maker (ELM5400S) valued at $299 RRP (including GST) (Minor Prize).
The Major Prize is a trip to Milan, Italy, for two (2) people, valued at up to $12,350 RRP (including GST) depending upon the Major Prize winner’s place of residence (Major Prize).
The Major Prize includes:
(a)  Return economy flights from the Major Prize winner’s nearest Australian capital city to Milan, Italy, valued at up to $3,400 RRP (including GST) per person;
(b)  Return transfers from Milan airport to the accommodation valued at up to $600 RRP (including GST);
