WHO CAN ENTER?

An Entrant is eligible to win a Prize if they:
a) are a permanent resident of Australia; and
b) are a Foxtel, Foxtel Play, Optus TV featuring Foxtel, or Foxtel from Telstra subscriber, or live in a household with a Foxtel, Foxtel Play, Optus TV featuring Foxtel, or Foxtel from Telstra subscription and have the subscriber’s permission to enter the Promotion, and the subscription account is not in arrears from the Commencement Date until the Unclaimed Prize Draw Date; and
c) are over the age of 16 and, if under the age of 18, have their parent’s or guardian’s permission before entering the Promotion
and are not:
d) employees of:
i. the Promoter, Optus, or Telstra;
ii. the Supplier;
iii. any corporations or agencies related to the entities in paragraphs (i)
and (ii) above;
iv. any company involved in the production of Pawn Stars Australia; or
v. any of the Relevant Parties; or
e) a spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by
marriage or adoption) of a person who is an employee of any of the entities listed in paragraph (d) above.
HOW TO ENTER:
a) tune in to the A&E Channel (channel 122) on Tuesdays between 19:30hrs and 20:00hrs for the Pawn Stars Australia competition announcement (the “Announcement”)
OR
go to the Website and click on the Pawn Stars Australia WIN a trip to Las Vegas link; and
b) take note of the item shown during the Announcement and on the Website (the “Item”); and
c) go to the Website; and
d) click on the Pawn Stars Australia WIN a trip to Las Vegas link; and
e) complete all of the required data fields on the entry form; and
f) guess the purchase price of the Item using the sliding scale provided.
PRIZE:
The Major Prize is valued at a maximum of $15,951.53 and consists of:
 return economy flights for the Winner and one (1) guest from the capital city in Australia nearest to the Winner’s place of residence to Las Vegas Airport (the “Airport”), USA, valued at a maximum of $6,000.00; and
 ten (10) nights’ accommodation for the Winner and one (1) guest in a minimum 3 star hotel in a twin share or double room (the “Hotel”) in Las Vegas (to be determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion), valued at a maximum of $3,000.00; and
 return transfers for the Winner and one (1) guest between the Airport and the Hotel, valued at a maximum of $200.00; and
 return transfers for the Winner and one (1) guest between the Hotel and the Gold and Silver Pawn Shop, 713 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89101, USA, valued at a maximum of $300.00 (based on two hours of travel time in total); and
 one (1) voucher to be redeemed at the Gold and Silver Pawn Shop in Las Vegas in the amount of $US5,000.00 (Conversion is $AUD6,451.53 as of Thursday 11 June, 2015).
THE TOTAL MAJOR PRIZE POOL FOR THIS PROMOTION IS VALUED AT A MAXIMUM OF $AUD15,951.53
Each Runner-Up Prize consists of one (1) Pawn Stars Australia T-shirt, valued at $30.00.
