Conditions of Entry
1. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of the Priceline General Terms & Conditions which may be viewed at https://www.priceline.com.au/priceline-policies/terms-and-conditions.
3. The Promoter is Priceline Pty Ltd, ABN 18 005 968 310, located at 250 Camberwell Rd, Camberwell VIC 3124 (Promoter).
4. The Sponsors are Universal Pictures International Australasia Pty Ltd, ACN 122 951 099, located at 1 Munn Street, Millers Point, NSW 2000 and E.T.Browne (Australia) Pty Ltd, ABN 94 080 024 915, located at 14 Park Avenue, Woodville North, SA 5012 (Sponsors).
5. This offer is open to all Australian residents. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Participants under the age of 18 must first seek permission from their parent or legal guardian.
6. The competition commences on Wednesday 31st August 2016 at 12.01 am AEST, and concludes on Friday 30th September 2016 at 11.59 pm AEST (Promotional Period).
How to enter
7. To enter, eligible individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a. purchase any Palmer’s product from a Priceline or Priceline Pharmacy Store in Australia or via the Priceline online store at www.priceline.com.au;
b. visit www.priceline.com.au/palmers, input the requested details (including their full name, date of birth, telephone number, residential address and valid email address) and answer in 25 word or less “I’ll need Palmer’s Cocoa Butter for my trip to London because…”
c. submit the fully completed online entry form;
d. retain the original copy of their Priceline, Priceline Pharmacy store or Priceline online store purchase receipt for all entries as proof or purchase.
8. It is the responsibility of each eligible entrant to ensure that their details, including their phone number, email address and Priceline Sister Club membership details are correct and up to date.
9. The judging will take place at Priceline Pty Ltd, 250 Camberwell Road, Camberwell VIC 3124 on Tuesday 4th October 2016 at 11.00am AEDST.
10. The winning entries will be judged on creativity and originality and is subject to the discretion of the judging panel.
11. The winners will be notified by email and/or phone within two (2) days of their entry being chosen, and name of the winners will be published on www.priceline.com.au/palmers.
12. If the prizes are not claimed by 9:00 am AEDST on 14th October 2016 the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct further judging at 11.00 am AEDST on 18th October 2016 at the same location as the original judging as are necessary to distribute the prize.
13. If any redrawn prizes are not claimed by 28th October 2016 the prizes will be forfeited.
14. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. All entries will be judged individually on merit. No correspondence will be entered into.
Major Prize
15. The major prize winner will receive a trip for two (2) people to London which includes:
a. Two (2) return economy airfares from the winner’s nearest capital city in Australia to London (up to a maximum value of $6,000)
b. Five (5) nights’ accommodation in the heart of London in 4 star accommodation in one (1) twin share room (up to a maximum value of $2,500).
c. Travel insurance for two (2) (up to a maximum value of $240).
d. Airport transfers for two (2) to and from the accommodation in London (up to a maximum value of $300).
e. $1,000 AUD spending money.
16. Universal Pictures International Australasia Pty Ltd will facilitate the distribution and fulfilment of the major prize.
17. The major prize must be booked and taken before 28 October 2017 and is subject to booking and flight availability. Universal Pictures International Australasia Pty Ltd will contact the major prize winner to book the travel on the winner’s behalf. During the entire duration of the prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age. The winner (and their travel companion) must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. The winner will need to arrange any connecting domestic flights at their own cost. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoters in their absolute discretion. Peak travel period block outs may apply. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.
18. Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, all other expenses are the responsibility of the winner (and their companion) including but not limited to current passports, visas, meals, spending money above $1000 AUD, transport to and from departure and arrival points, drinks, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls, activities, gratuities, service charges, travel insurance, pre and post-paid accommodation, optional activities or excursions and all other ancillary costs.
19. The Major Prize value is capped at $10,040. The prize value may vary due to time of year the trip is taken.
Runners Up Prizes
20. Twenty (20) runners up winners will receive a one (1) in-season double pass to see Bridget Jones’s Baby in cinemas and a Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Gift Pack. The Prize includes:
One (1) in-season double pass to Bridget Jones’s Baby in cinemas (valued at $40) valid at all major cinema chains including; Event Cinemas, Greater Union, BCC, Hoyts, Village and Reading Cinemas. Tickets also valid at participating independent cinemas. Full terms of use are printed on the tickets.

21. E.T.Browne (Australia) Pty Ltd will facilitate the distribution and fulfilment of the runners up prizes.
Other
22. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any eligible entrant where the Promoter believes that the entry or the entry process has been tampered with or where any entry has been submitted not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
23. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, misdirected claims or correspondence due to incorrect entrant information.
24. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not be able to participate in the promotion. All personal information collected will be dealt with in accordance with Australian privacy laws and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at www.priceline.com.au. The Promoter will not disclose this information to anyone other than contractors who provide services to the Promoter for the purposes of conducting this promotion unless compelled or permitted by law. The contact details of the winning entry will be passed on to the Sponsors for prize notification and fulfilment.
25. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoters, in their discretion, reserve the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
26. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to cancel, modify or suspend these terms and/or this promotion in whole or in part, including, but not limited to in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Promotion is compromised, subject to any written directions from the various lottery departments and without liability to the participant.
27. The prize (including any unused portion of the prize) cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted except by the Promoter who may at their sole discretion, subject to the relevant state authorities, substitute any prize with one of comparable value if the advertised prize is or becomes unavailable for any reason. The Promoter will not replace any lost or stolen prizes, or take responsibility for any broken products in the delivery of the product or after it has been delivered. It is not the responsibility of the Promoter to insure any products.
28. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner (inc. photograph, film, and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited time without notice or remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition.
29. The total prize value of the promotion is approximately $11,639.40.
30. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize.
