Los Cabos Promotion Terms & Conditions
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. Headings in this document are included for ease of reference, and do not affect interpretation in any way.
Employees and immediate families of the Promoter and suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

Duration
The promotion commences 19thof November 2017 at 00:00 AEDT and closes on 6th of December 2017 at 12:00 AEDT.
Eligibility to enter
Entry is free and open to AU residents only (Western Australian and Northern Territory residents are not eligible), aged over 18 with a valid Australian passport, who answer the question via the entry form, during the promotional period as set out in clause 4. Entrants must also follow Boss Hunting on Facebook and Instagram.
Entrants can only enter in their own name. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of residency at the stated address and identification for verification (to the Promoter’s satisfaction in its discretion) before issuing the prizes. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter’s decision to disqualify an entry is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. Entrants may enter once for the duration of the promotion.
Prizes
The prizes include both primary (the best entrant deemed by a Boss Hunting representative) and secondary (the 2nd-13th best entrants deemed by a Boss Hunting representative) winners:
a) Primary (approx value $6,143): This prize is for a single entrant and includes the following for 2 people (the winning entrant and a companion of their choice). The ‘companion of their choice’ must also be over 18 with a valid Australian passport.
* 5 nights accommodation with our partner Hotel El Ganzo, their terms and conditions are outlined in clause 11.
* Flights over to Los Cabos from Sydney with our partner American Airlines, their terms and conditions are outlined in clause 12.
b) Secondary: This is an individual prize for 12 entrants and includes the following for 2 people (the winning entrant and a companion of their choice). The ‘companion of their choice’ must also be over 18.

Evaluation of winners
The winners will be chosen by a Boss Hunting representative on the 7thof December 2017. The winners will be notified by a reply email following the selection (within 48 hours after 12:00 December 6th 2017). In the event that the prizes notification email is returned as undeliverable, such prizes will be forfeited with alternate winners for the prizes being selected from all remaining (non-winning) eligible entries.
The Promoter will award the main prize to the 2nd best entry if the prize remains unclaimed within a 48 hours period after the prize notification email is sent. In this case the 3rd to 14th best entries will be awarded the secondary prize. Secondary prizes will be forfeited and unused if unclaimed within a 24-hour period.
Hotel El Ganzo
The accommodation certificate expires 12 months from the date of issue. Submit your certificate upon arrival at the front desk. El Ganzo Hotel reserves the right to modify the present general terms and conditions for use at any time, without prior warning. No credit or change will be given on any unused portion of the certificate and it is not transferable. The certificate number must be mentioned while making the reservation. Bookings must be made directly through Hotel El Ganzo Reservations Department. Reservations are subject to availability and capacity control and not valid in major holidays (including Christmas, New Year´s, and Eastern). This certificate does not apply with any other promotion. A service charge of $30.00 USD per night applies.
American Airlines
Travel must be booked and ticketed by XX XXX 2018, completed by XX XXX 2018 and cannot be extended beyond these dates, Travel is subject to availability on AA operated flights only, booked in XXXXX Class and will only be confirmed within 30 days of departure. Flights are not eligible for frequent flyer mileage accrual. Passengers must travel together on the same itinerary for the entire journey. Travel may be restricted at certain times of the year due to heavy demand on our services, we recommend when planning your trip you avoid travelling during public holidays and peak periods. The winner must still be actively employed within the travel industry or organization the prize was intended for; at the time of voucher redemption, in order to redeem and utilize the prize voucher. Taxes are to be paid for by the winner.This prize is non-transferrable, non-redeemable for cash or other goods and services. It cannot be bartered, refunded or sold. No compensation will be payable if the addressee is unable to accept the prize as stated. This prize may impact the Reportable Fringe Benefits disclosed on your payment summary, American Airlines will not be liable in these circumstances. American Airlines reserves the right to withdraw this voucher at any time.
Limitation of liability and variation of terms
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable for other goods or services and cannot be taken as cash.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize except for any liability, which cannot be excluded by law (in which case such liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law). The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of or in connection with this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter including without limitation technical malfunctions or failures.
Unless otherwise stated, the prize does not include coverage of GST, tax, travel insurance, passports, visas, meals, transfers, ground transportation, flights, accommodation or any other costs of a personal nature. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize-winner and companion. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. The promoter accepts no responsibility for tax implications that may arise from the receipt or use of a prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions under applicable legislation. The Promoter also reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this promotion.
All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects contact information about entrants in order to contact them about the promotion and where appropriate award prizes and may also use the information to assist the Promoter and partners in improving goods and services and to contact entrants in the future with special offers via any medium including mail and commercial electronic messages. If you do not provide the information, you cannot participate.
The AU laws apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law.
Any costs incurred from changes post booking, such as a name change, are the winner’s responsibility to pay.
Boss Hunting reserves the right to substitute a prize of at least equal value in the event of unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prize. Should the value of any prize be less than the value stated, the difference will not be awarded in cash or in kind.
