WHO CAN ENTER?

Eligible Entrants must be:
(a) Over the age of 18 years;
(b) The PRIMARY Card Member of an account in good standing which is an Australian Dollar American Express Card issued by American Express Australia Limited or a Licensed Network Partner.
Eligible Cards issued by a Licensed Network Partner are American Express Cards issued by National Australia Bank Limited (ABN 12 004 044 937); Westpac Banking Corporation (ABN 33 007 457 141); Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (ABN 11 005 357 522); Commonwealth Bank of Australia 2009 (ABN 48 123 123 124)
There is a limit of one (1) entry per person.
Supplementary Card Members are ineligible to enter.
Employees of American Express, including American Express Australia Limited and any related bodies corporate, any other agencies associated with this promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter.
By entering the competition Eligible Entrants agree that American Express Australia Limited may provide your personal information including name, phone number and address details to Paramount Pictures and Performance Entertainment, the supplier of the prizes for the purpose of awarding the prizes.
Eligible Entrants must be able to travel within the dates outlined in the Major Prize section below.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Promotion Period commences at 08:00 AEST Thursday, 30 June 2016 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Thursday, 18 August 2016. Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the competition Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
(a) Visit the ‘American Express Australia’ Facebook Page

(b) SearchfortheCompetitionpromotionpageand;
(c) Follow the prompts to complete their entry including providing their full name, phone number, location and email address.
Eligible Entrants must agree to these Terms and Conditions and to being contacted by the Promoter and the prize suppliers for the purposes of this competition.
PRIZES:
There will be one (1) Major Prize winner and five (5) Minor Prize winners. One (1) Minor Prize winner will be selected within each of the 5 major states, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide & Perth according to their selected location on the entry form. There will be a total of six(6) winners. Total prize pool value is up to $14,750 (including GST).
12. Details of the Major Prize:
(a) The major prize winner will receive the following package from Paramount Pictures:
i. 2 x return economy flights to Orlando, Florida, USA from the winners nearest capital city in Australia. Any travel required to the nearest capital city is the responsibility of the winner
ii. 6 x nights hotel stay in Orlando in no less than 4 star accommodation
iii. Return airport-hotel & event transfers in Orlando only or self drive hire car
iv. 2 day entry pass for 2 x people into the Kennedy Space Centre
v. Astronaut Training Experience
vi. Lunch with an Astronaut
vii. Up close launch control centre tour
viii. Travel Insurance
(b) The total value of the Major Prize is up to $10,500.
(c) Major
i. Dates of travel must include a Saturday night, between Thursday, 4 August 2016
and Tuesday, 13 December 2016 and Thursday, 12 January 2017 and Thursday,
31 August 2017, excluding Australian and American national holidays.
ii. Prize is subject to availability with no cash alternative and is non-transferable and
non refundable.
iii. Transfers include travel to and from US airports only. Transport to and from the
Australian depature city is not included in the prize and will be the responsibility
of the winner
iv. At least one (1) person travelling must be 18 or over.
v. For self drive car hire, driver must be 21 or over and have held a full clean & valid Australian driving licence for over a year and have a credit card in their name.
vi. All Kennedy Space Centre tours/experiences are subject to change due to operations, weather or other factors without notice.
vii. Minimum age for Astronaut Training Experience is 7 years old. Maximum weight on simulators is 17st 12lbs/113kg. Minimum weight on simulators is 5st 5lbs/35kg and
minimum height is 4’ 4”/1.33m.
viii. Hotel is based on two people sharing one room.
ix. The hotel will require a credit card for pre-authorisation or cash deposit to cover
incidentals. This will be the responsibility of the prize winner
x. Winner and his/her guest are solely responsible for all other meals and expenses
not
specifically set forth herein.
xi. Winner and his/her guest must have valid passports and visas/permissions if
applicable.
xii. Winner and his/her guest must register online with US ESTA system –
https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/ if applicable.
Details of the Minor Prize
(a) The five (5) minor prize winners across each of the five (5) major states will receive a
private screening with twenty-five (25) of their guests to see STAR TREK BEYOND.
(b) The total value of the minor Prizes is up to AUD$4,250.
(c) Minor Prize conditions:
i. The cinema screening will be at a Hoyts, Village or Event cinema location in

Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and Melbourne in Gold Class Lux or
equivelant.
ii. Any travel required to any of the 5 major cities will be the responsibility of the
prize winner
iii. Cinema screenings will take place on Wednesday, 14 September 2016 at 6.30pm
local time.
iv. The final decision regarding the cinema location will be at the discretion of the
prize supplier and the location, date and time of the screening is subject to
availability.
v. Winners and their guests must make their own way to and from the screening.
