WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry to the Promotion is open to Australian residents during the Promotion Period, aged 14 years + and who fulfill the entry requirements.
Entrants aged under 18 years must have parent/guardian consent to enter the Promotion.
Entrants must be available to travel to take the major prize on the specified dates and travel to the specified destination (current passport required).

Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible. “Immediate families” means spouse, partner, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee, officer or contractor.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, an entrant must, during the Promotion Period:
purchase any TWO (2) Gatorade products from a participating Woolworths store or Woolworths Online (not all varieties available all stores) (Qualifying Purchase); then.
visit the Website to complete the entry form including (but not limited to) name, email address, contact number, address (no PO boxes), last five digits of the Qualifying Purchase barcodes and the requested transaction receipt/online order invoice details (including but not limited to date, store of purchase and unique receipt/invoice number).
Computer generated entries will not be accepted.
Multiple entries are permitted, subject to Clause 33 and the following: (a) only one (1) entry is permitted per Qualifying Purchase; (b) a maximum of five (5) entries will be accepted per person per day; (c) a maximum of five (5) entries will be accepted per receipt/invoice (regardless of the number of Qualifying Purchases featured on that receipt/invoice; (d) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (e) unrecognised receipt/invoice numbers will be deemed invalid.
Any entry that is lodged by automatic, repetitive, robotic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents, including but not limited to the use of a competition entry service, will be void.
Entrants must:
retain a copy of store receipt(s) or order invoice(s) as proof of purchase for ALL entries. (Receipt(s)\invoice(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase. Receipt(s)\order invoice(s) must show that the purchase was made during the Promotion Period but prior to entry.); and
where an entrant submits more than twenty (20) entries, for each product used for his/her 21st and subsequent entries, the entrant must keep the whole label/packaging from the product purchased and used to enter together together (Promotional Materials). Failure to provide the Promotional Materials when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, render all of an entrant’s entries invalid and forfeit their right to any prize.
Major prize:
There is one (1) major prize. The first valid entry randomly drawn from all entries received will win the major prize.
Minor prizes:
There are 500 minor prizes. The next 500 valid entries randomly drawn from all entries received will win a minor prize.

The major prize is a trip for two (2) people to New York, US (which must be taken at a date to be confirmed between 28/08/2016 and 13/09/2016) and comprises:
Return economy class airfares for two (2) people from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city to New York (including airline and airport taxes);
Return airport/hotel transfers;
Five (5) nights X 4 star accommodation (hotel as specified by Promoter; standard room; twin share) including breakfast;
AU$4,000 prize money.
The major prize is valued at up to AU$14,970 (inc GST) depending on the winner’s location of residence.
All travel is subject to availability at all times and maybe dependent on select seat class with airlines. No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. Major prize is not refundable or transferable. In the event a winner is <18 years, they must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. (Or where a person participating or nominated to participate in a major prize is <18 years, a parent or legal guardian of the participant must be present for the duration of the prize, as one of the participants.)
Winner and participant must be in possession of a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity prior to departure. Any alterations to confirmed prize details will be at the expense of the winner and will only be permitted with the Promoter's prior consent. Visas, valid passports, spending money, meals (other than that included) and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the travel prize package descriptions above are the responsibility of the travel prize winner and participant as incurred. It is the winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport departure/return point.
Winner and participant are required to sign an indemnity in a form approved by the Promoter in favour of the Promoter and all involved parties prior to participating. If they do not sign that indemnity form, they will not be able to participate. The winner and participants agree to comply with any reasonable directions or guidelines notified to them by the Promoter or its agents.
Minor prizes:
Each minor prize is a Gatorade Gear pack comprising the following Gatorade branded items:

•     One (1) x towel ($20 RRP);


•     One (1) x squeeze bottle ($15 RRP); and


•     One (1) x sports bag ($50 RRP).

Each minor prize is valued at $85 inc GST.
