To enter, individuals must:

Indicate that they "LIKE" the page and follow the prompts to the competition application
Fill in the entry form including their first and last name, residential address, current email address and daytime telephone number
Upload a photograph of yourself (either current Facebook profile photograph, upload a photo from your Facebook gallery or upload a photograph from your computer) and fill in the message field "Hello Elle ..." where indicated
Submit the entry using the upload my photo to the Elle Billboard button as instructed.
