WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is open to Australian residents who are able to travel to and remain in New York, USA during the travel period 07/07/2014 – 31/08/2014 (inclusive) (“Eligible Entrants”). Entrants under 18 years of age must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this competition. All entries of Entrants who are under the age of 18 years and enter the promotion without disclosing (or attempting to conceal) their age (as and where required) and/or do not provide the required parental or guardian consent (as and where required) will be deemed invalid. These Conditions of Entry will bind the Entrants and any parent or legal guardian who gives their consent (for Entrants aged under 18 years). If any prize winner is aged under 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the winner entering the promotion on behalf of the winner, at the sole discretion of the Promoter and that parent or legal guardian must accompany the winner for the duration of the prize.

Competition commences on 07/05/2014 at 9:00am AEST and closes at 04/06/14 11:59pm AEST (the “Competition Period”).
HOW TO ENTER
To enter this competition, Eligible Entrants must during the Competition Period, publicly share a photo of their “Chobani Creation”, list the ingredients and hashtag #PlainInspiring (Hashtag), on Social Media , including Instagram, Twitter or post to Chobani Australia’s Facebook wall (Social Media) in the manner required. All posts must be made public for the entry to be valid. A “Chobani Creation” is the pairing of Plain Chobani Greek Yogurt base with toppings, with a higher ratio of yogurt to toppings. A topping is a combination of other foods, for example, vegetables, meats, poultry, fish, fruits, nuts, seeds, grains, herbs, spices, confectionary. The yogurt is not to be cooked, and entries depicting yogurt that has been blended with other ingredients will not be accepted
PRIZE
The most creative “Chobani Creation” will win a trip for the winner and one (1) companion to visit Chobani SoHo in New York, USA valued up to $14,000 RRP, depending on the date and aged 18 years or older point of departure. Prize includes:

•     Two (2) return economy airfares from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city to New York, USA;


•     Return private transfers from airport to accommodation;


•     Five (5) nights twin share minimum four (4) star Soho or Tribeca accommodation;


•     Daily breakfast; and


•     Spending money to the value of $1,000.00 AUD total.
