WHO CAN ENTER?Entry is only open to residents of Australia & New Zealand aged 18 years or over. Entrants must have a valid passport and be able to travel to New York between Saturday 5th December 2015 and Monday 5th December 2016.
Only customers of Strandbags in Australia & New Zealand are eligible for the competition. Their immediate families and other agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Competition commences at 9.00am (AEST) on Thursday 5th November (the “opening date” and entries close 10.00pm (AEST) on Thursday 25th November (the “closing date”).
HOW TO ENTER:
In order to gain successful entry into the competition, the Entrants will need to do the following. a) Purchase any Colorado handbag or wallet from any Strandbags store or through www.strandbags.com.au during the Promotional Period. b) Be a member of our Strandbags loyalty program or join whilst making the purchase. c) All loyalty members who have purchase a Colorado handbag or wallet during the promotional period will automatically go into the draw to win the prize.
Strandbags Group Pty Ltd ABN 52002696915 (Promoter) reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per specified purchase requirement; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
Entrants must retain the original or photocopy of their Strandbags purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
PRIZE:
The first valid entry drawn will win a trip for two (2) adults to New York including economy airfare and hotel accommodation. Prize includes: return economy airfares from winner's nearest capital city to New York, USA, five (5) nights twin share accommodation in a standard room at the Hudson Hotel, New York, restaurant voucher valued at $450 USD at Eleven Madison Park, New York. Spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Travel must be booked 90 days before departure.
