Win a trip for 2 to New York! R.M.Williams

WHO CAN ENTER?Entry is open to all residents of Australia who have fulfilled the requirements set out below ('Eligible Entrants').
Employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter, associated agencies and companies, Permitz Group Pty Ltd (www.permitzgroup.com.au), contractors or individuals are not eligible to enter this competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or 1st cousin.
Any entrant who is under the age of 18, as of the date of entry, must obtain the prior permission of their legal parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter. The parent or guardian may be called to verify their consent and may be required to sign a release at the discretion of the Promoter. The release may also require the entrant's parent or guardian to accept responsibility for the acts and forbearances of the entrant. The release must be completed with the full name, address and telephone number of the entrant's parent or guardian. Failure to provide such proof, particulars or releases will immediately invalidate the entrant's entitlement to any prize, subject to State and Territory legislation. 
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The competition commences on 02/04/2016 at 09:00 AM and closes 30/04/2016 at 11:59 PM ('Promotional Period'). All times noted in these Terms and Conditions are local AEST times, based on the location of the Promoter. Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the competition close date and time.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period (defined below):
Purchase $250 worth of R.M.Williams merchandise in a single transaction at any R.M.Williams store or online at rmwilliams.com.au (excludes stockists, outlets, wholesalers and concession stores) (‘Eligible Product Purchase’); and then
Provide their details to the member of staff either verbally or by a physical form. Or online via a digital form at http://www.rmwilliams.com.au/ when the entrant checks out as a logged in, registered user, individuals who checkout as a guest, will not be entered into the draw
PRIZE:
PRIZE DETAILS (value up to $13,500)
- 2 x economy flights return to NYC from any capital city in Australia
- 4 x nights’ accommodation for a couple sharing room in in a New York City hotel (min 3 stars)
- Travel insurance for two people, for up to three months stay in America (can only be allocated and used with the trip booked with R.M.Williams)
- Valid from 1 August 2016 - 30 June 2017 and only on dates agreed to by the Promoter
- A minimum of 20 working days’ notice must be provided by the winner to book their trip
- Prize can only be booked through R.M. Williams preferred travel agent, Spencer Travel
- If the winner has any pre-existing medical conditions or age considerations that affect general travel insurance, this element of the prize must be forfeited
