1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating,
entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these

Promotional Period to be valid. Entries received after 11:59pm on Tuesday 7/4/2020 will

4. To enter, simply purchase a participating Giesen wine during the Promotional Period to
be placed in the draw to win.
5. Participating products include Giesen Estate Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir,
Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Rose Entrants must be 18 years or over to enter the
competition.
6. Enter the promotion via https://bottlemart.com.au or https://sipnsave.com.au to
fill out details during the Promotional Period to be placed in the draw. Verification is at the
Promoter’s discretion, whose decision is final.
7. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for
inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or
telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then
the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority)
modify the promotion.
8. The prize draw will take place at the Oatley Fine Wine Merchants, Level 3/100 Pacific
Highway, St Leonards NSW 2065, (02) 94330456 at 10:00am on Monday 14th April
2020.
9. The prize consists of a trip for two (2) adults to New Zealand. Prize includes return flights,
3 Nights Accommodation (Breakfast Included), Vineyard & Winery Tour of Giesen
Estate, Lunch & Tasting at Giesen Cellar Door, Total maximum RRP value of this prize =
AUD $4,000.00. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of
receiving a prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. This prize is only valid to be
taken within these specified dates; November 25 2020 – November 24 2021 (12 month
validity) and in conjunction with Giesen Wines
10. The winner will be notified via mail within two (2) business days of the draw via telephone
and email.
11. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is
final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no
responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be
deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.

control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any
