WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years and over and who fulfill all the entry requirements set out herein (“Eligible Entrant”). Employees, including all retail staff of the Promoter and their immediate families, all of the Promoter’s staff, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Promotion commences at 12.01am on Monday 24 August 2015 (AEST) and concludes at 11.59pm on Friday 30 October 2015 (AEST) (“Promotion Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
During the Promotion Period, an Eligible Entrant must:
Purchase any one of Michel’s Patisserie’s Surprise Cakes from the Surprise Cake range (‘the Purchase’);
At the time of the Purchase, an Eligible Entrant will receive:-
Should the Purchase be of a small sized Michel’s Patisserie Surprise Cake, one (1) promotional cards which will contain a unique code (‘the Unique Code’);
Should the Purchase be of a medium sized Michel’s Patisserie Surprise Cake, two (2) promotional cards which will each contain a Unique Code; iii. Should the Purchase be of a tiered Michel’s Patisserie Surprise Cake, four (4) promotional cards which will each contain a Unique Code; and
Should the Purchase be of a tiered Michel’s Patisserie Surprise Cake, four (4) promotional cards which will each contain a Unique Code; and
Either:-
Where accessing the Michel’s Patisserie Facebook Page, follow the links on the post(s) relating to this Promotion, accept the permissions requested, complete the entry form including entering the Unique Code(s) contained within the Promotional Card, accept these Terms and Conditions by clicking the appropriate box and then click ‘submit’ to submit the completed entry form within the Promotion Period; or
Where accessing the Michel’s Patisserie website, visit the website application at www.michels.com.au/ WINPARIS, complete the entry form including entering the Unique Code(s) contained within the Promotional Card, accept these Terms and Conditions by clicking the appropriate box and then click ‘submit’ to submit the completed entry form within the Promotion Period.
PRIZE:
The first Eligible Entrant randomly drawn (“Winner”) will win one (1) trip to Paris for the Winner and one (1) companion aged 18 years or older, comprising the following elements (collectively ‘the Prize’):
two (2) adult return economy airfares from the Winner’s closest Australian capital city airport to Paris (inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges);
five (5) nights’ accommodation in a maximum four (4) star hotel nominated by the Promoter in the Promoter’s absolute discretion in a twin-share room; and
$1,500 (AUD) spending money.
