(referred to herein as "web site") and follow the directions to enter between 09:00: AM Mean Time ("GMT") on 29 October 2014 and 12:00 PM GMT on 06 January 2016. You must include on the entry form your complete name and email address. All entrants must have a valid email address. In case of dispute as to the identity of the entrant, the entry will be declared made by the authorised account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. "Authorised Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organisation (e.g. business, educational, institution, etc) responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. The potential winner may be required to provide Promoter (defined below) with proof that such winner is the authorised account holder of the email address associated with a winning entry.

PRIZES:
Prizes. The prize is for two people (1) winner will receive the prize and the winner will be able to choose one travel companion to accompany them on the trip. The prize comprises:
" Car hire for up to 4 days with McKinlay Kidd - the winner (and/or travel companion) must have a full, clean drivers license valid for use in the UK and adhere to the car hire company conditions of hire (McKinlay Kidd will provide a manual Mini Cooper Convertible. Fully comprehensive car insurance is included, though please note that this does not include contents insurance. The minimum driving age is 21. The hire is restricted to one driver and the hire will start and finish in either Glasgow or Edinburgh.)
