WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is only open to Australian residents who are able to travel to Tahiti, French Polynesia for a seven (7) night trip sometime between 1 st October 2015 and 1st December 2016.
Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1 st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion commences on 8th July 2015 and ends at 11.59pm AEST on 30 th August 2015 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase any Billabong-branded men’s or boys’ product (no minimum spend required) from a participating retailer during the Promotional Period (“ Qualifying Purchase”). Participating retailers will be any retailer in Australia that sells Billabong-branded men’s and boys’ products and displays material advertising this promotion during the Promotional Period.
To enter, individuals must then complete one (1) of the following entry mechanics during the Promotional Period:
a)Billabong Store Entry (available in participating Billabong stores only): If the Qualifying Purchase was made at a participating Billabong store, then the individual can request a Billabong store staff member to complete an entry form on their behalf at the time of making the Qualifying Purchase by providing the staff member with all of the requested personal details (including their full name, residential address, phone number, a valid email address, date of birth and gender); OR
b)Billabong Online Store Entry: If the Qualifying Purchase was made at the Billabong online store at au.billabong.com, individuals will automatically be entered in the promotion (unless at the time of purchase they elect to uncheck the box labelled “ Be the first to receive news, giveaways, invitations and other fine things you can’t live without ”, in which case they will not receive an entry); OR
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Only one (1) entry permitted per person.
Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for an entry when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of an entrant’s entry and forfeiture of any right to a prize. The purchase receipt must clearly specify the store of purchase as a participating retailer, that a Billabong-branded men’s or boys’ product was purchased, and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
PRIZE:
The first valid entry drawn will win a trip for two (2) people to Tahiti, French Polynesia valued at up to AU$8,670.00, depending on point of departure and dates of travel. The prize includes:
return economy airfares from the winner’s closest city of either Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Darwin, Sydney or Brisbane to Papeete, Tahiti for two (2) people. It is the winner’s and their companion’s responsibility to make their way at their own cost to and from the departure point in Australia;
two (2) nights twin-share accommodation at Intercontinental Papeete, Tahiti and five (5) nights twin-share accommodation at Intercontinental Moorea, Tahiti for two (2) people;
for two (2) people, transfers between Papeete Airport and the Intercontinental Papeete, transfers between Moorea Airport and the Intercontinental Moorea, and boat transfers between Papeete and Moorea island; and
one (1) GoPro Hero4 Silver for the winner.
