By entering this competition, you agree to, accept and are bound by the ParkTrent Properties Group Pty Ltd terms and conditions
This competition will run from 9.00am 1 October 2018 until 5.00pm 14 December 2018. Any entries after this date will be exempt and will not qualify for entry.
To be eligible to win this competition, any contact details that are required for submission must be true and correct.
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over.
The promoter is ParkTrent Properties Group Pty Ltd (ABN 89101491507) (“ParkTrent”), 39 Montague Street, North Wollongong NSW 2500, phone number 0242252440.
Employees, agents and immediate family members of the promoter and associated companies are not eligible for the competition.
The prize is a holiday for two adults to Phuket, Thailand for seven nights. Total prize valued at $6,000. The prize is neither transferable, nor redeemable for cash and not exchangeable.
The prize must be claimed in its entirety as stated and not differed.

The competition will be drawn at 12.00pm on the 18 December 2018 at 39 Montague Street, North Wollongong NSW 2500. The winner will be randomly selected with a computer generated system. The winner will be notified via email, mobile or telephone.
The prize winner will be announced on www.parktrent.com.au
The winner of the prize will be notified within 14 days of the competition ending and the winner will have 14 days to respond to initial contact or the prize will be revoked and redrawn.
In the event that the prize is not claimed or revoked, ParkTrent Properties Group Pty Ltd reserve the right to revoke and give the prize to a runner up, or re offer the prize in a future competition.
Prize includes:
Return economy flights for two adults to Phuket International Airport, Thailand from Melbourne Airport, Adelaide Airport or Sydney Airport.
Up to seven nights’ accommodation at Absolute Twin Sands Resort & Spa for two adults in a Double Studio Suite. Hotel and room type subject to availability.
Return airport transfers to and from Phuket International Airport
Includes 5 day Wellness Cleanse Program for two adults
Hotel breakfast daily for two adults
Spending money is not included
Total prize to the value of $6,000 only. Difference on any bookings below this amount is not available to the recipient by cash, credit or transfer. Any amounts over the limit of $6,000 are to be paid by the recipient.
Prize booking will be managed by a third party travel booking agency (“Travel Agent”). ParkTrent is not responsible for the booking between the recipient and the Travel Agent.
If the Prize involves a third party, the winner is bound by the third party’s terms and conditions.
The ParkTrent Properties Group Pty Ltd decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the competition.
Prize transfer conditions:
Prize not transferrable for any other goods or services offered at ParkTrent
Prize not transferrable for any other services offered by the Travel Agent. Prize is up to the value of $6,000.
All taxes, fees, charges and surcharges applicable in addition to the competition package are the responsibility of the recipient.
Travel may be unavailable under the competition during school holidays and peak periods. Booking exclusion dates apply.
Airline provider will be selected by the Travel Agent subject to availability at the time of booking.
Prize will be deemed fully used once a qualifying booking has been made and confirmed by the Travel Agent to be available.
Prize will not be reinstated, refunded or replaced in the event the reservation is cancelled. Changes or cancellation may incur charges from the airline, hotel accommodation provider or Travel Agent. The recipient is responsible to pay any such charges.
Prize must be booked, and trip taken before 30 June 2019.
In the event the prize is not claimed within these terms and conditions, the prize is forfeited.
The recipient agrees to the promoter’s use of their name, town of residence and photograph in relation to the promoter’s publicity material.
ParkTrent and any associated parties, will not be liable for any expense, damage, loss, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) directly or indirectly associated with the competition.
ParkTrent’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the competition
All recipients who opt-in for marketing will receive information and offers exclusive to ParkTrent. Recipients have the option to unsubscribe to such material by unsubscribing from such offers. ParkTrent respects the privacy of all individuals and personal information. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the ParkTrent Privacy Policy. Prize does not include travel insurance. ParkTrent recommends all travellers obtain appropriate independent travel insurance to cover loss or theft of personal belongings as well as injury and medical emergencies.
