Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible. “Immediate families” means spouse, partner, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee, officer or contractor.

HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Promotion, entrants must purchase any TWO (2) Pepsi or Schweppes products (any size; including Traditionals, Solo, Sunkist, Mountain Dew, 7Up, Passiona, Tarax, Woodroofes, Cool Ridge, Gatorade, Cottee’s cordial and Squirt, LQD+, Spring Valley, Monster Energy, Frantelle, Extra Juicy, Apple Time, Pop Tops (not all varieties available all stores)) from a participating independent grocery store advertising the Promotion during the Promotion Period (Qualifying Purchase) then visit the Website to complete the entry form including name, email address, contact number, postcode, the last five digits of the Qualifying Purchase barcodes and the transaction number from the purchase receipt. Computer generated entries will not be accepted. If an entrant submits more than twenty (20) entries, for each product used for his/her 21st and subsequent entries, the entrant must: (i) keep the whole label/packaging from the products purchased and used to enter; and (ii) retain a copy of the purchase receipt that identifies these as items purchased during the Promotion Period. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotion Period but prior to entry. Prize:
There is one (1) prize (see Prize Details) that will be awarded to the first valid entry randomly drawn in the draw.
Maximum five (5) entries per day.
Only one (1) entry is permitted per Qualifying Purchase.
A maximum of five (5) entries will be accepted per receipt (regardless of the number of Qualifying Purchases featured on that receipt).
Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
Unrecognised receipt numbers will be deemed invalid.
Where applicable, failure to provide the whole label/packaging and copies of purchase receipt(s) when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, render all of an entrant’s entries invalid and forfeit their right to a prize.
Any entry that is lodged by automatic, repetitive, robotic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents, including but not limited to the use of a competition entry service, will be void.
PRIZE:
The prize is a trip for two (2) people to Hayman Island valued at up to $5,500 (incl. GST) and comprises: return economy flights for two (2) people from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city to Hamilton Island (including flight related taxes); return luxury launch transfers to Hayman Island; three (3) night’s accommodation at One & Only Hayman Island (lagoon room, twin share) for two (2) people including daily breakfast at Azure restaurant; and
