HOW TO ENTER:
To enter online, individuals must visit www.5sos.com, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details including their full name, valid email address, contact telephone number, date of birth, full street address, gender and an answer to the question asked at the point of entry and submit the fully completed entry form during the Promotional Period. If the entrant is under the age of 18, they will also be required to input the requested details of their nominated parent or guardian.
Shopping centre entry (entries submitted via this method will be filmed and recorded and/or entrants will be photographed):
To enter in a participating shopping centre, individuals must visit the 5SOS FanCam station at any participating shopping centre, answer the question asked or undertake the challenge as directed by promotional staff and provide their contact details to the promotional staff when requested. If the entrant is under the age of 18, they will also be required to input the requested details of their nominated parent or guardian. If a person wishes to undertake the entry process with one or more companions, that person must clearly specify that they are the ‘entrant’. The remaining companions featured in the entry will not receive an entry into the promotion unless they undertake the entry process (whether or not with other companions) and nominate themselves as the ‘entrant’. All companions under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to participate and further, the parent/guardian of the companion must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor participating this promotion.
The 5SOS FanCam stations will be at participating shopping centres on various dates and times during the Promotional Period. For the purposes of this promotion, a participating shopping centre is any shopping centre where the 5SOS FanCam station is located during the Promotional Period. There will be a total of three (3) participating shopping centres.
PRIZE:
The first Qualifying Entrant to answer the phone call during the live telecast of Channel 7’s Sunrise and the first two (2) Qualifying Entrants to answer the phone calls during the recording for 2Day FM’s The Bump Show, in accordance with clause 12 above and fulfil the eligibility criteria, will each win a trip for three (3) people to Los Angeles, USA valued at up to AU$14,414 depending on point of departure. Prize includes:
