How to enter:
To enter, submit your email address on the competition page on the InspiringVacations.com website, and then submit additional entries by visiting our social media accounts and sharing with friends and family. By entering, you agree to be added to the Inspiring Vacations subscriber list and to receive marketing material. (You can unsubscribe from this marketing list at any time following the end of the giveaway).
After entering your email address (which is a prerequisite for entry to the competition), additional entries to the competition can be made by:

Consistent with point 2 above, multiple entrees are accepted but must be made using the competition application software published on the Inspiring Vacations competition web page and through social media.
Winner and Prize Details:
One winner will be randomly drawn via the Gleam competition software upon the completion of the giveaway. The winner's email address will be verified. Invalid entries determined by either the Gleam competition software's fraud detector or a manual inspection by the Inspiring Vacations marketing team will be ineligible for the draw.
Prize:
16 Day Incredible Canada & Alaska, for 2 people twin share (valued at $7,998 AUD)
The winner will have a choice between departing on 3 September, 2022 or 10 September, 2022 only.
Airfares are not included, but the winner will have the opportunity to add return international airfares for only $999 per person from Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney only.
The winner will be notified via the email provided within 1 day of the prize draw. This initial email communication will ask for their official acceptance of the prize and all Terms and Conditions. Instructions on how to proceed with their booking will follow. By entering, the winner and their travel companion must be able to travel on one of the provided departure dates above or the prize may be forfeited. The prize as described is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. Please continue reading for Cancellation Policies. Once the booking is confirmed no changes to departure date or traveller details can be made. The name of the winner will be published on the Inspiring Vacations competition page on the date of the draw. If a winner is drawn and they do not respond with their acceptance of the prize within 48 hours of the email being sent, a new winner may be drawn at the discretion of Inspiring Vacations. If the entrant has provided an incorrect email address, Inspiring Vacations cannot be held responsible as a consequence if the prize is ultimately redrawn. Inspiring Vacations reserves the right to substitute the prize at any time for one of equal value.
Eligibility:
The competition is open to residents of Australia (excluding the Australian Capital Territory) and New Zealand and winners must be over the age of 18. Employees, contractors working for or with Inspiring Vacations and their direct family members are not eligible.
Other Terms and Conditions:
1. This is a game of chance. The winner will be randomly drawn from the list of eligible entrants. An entrant can have multiple entries.
2. Entry into this competition is deemed to be in acceptance of these conditions. Inspiring Vacations Pty Ltd of Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria 3004 is the Promoter and reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time without notice, subject to state regulatory approval.
3. Our travel packages are subject to availability at the time you book. The prize booking must be made no later than 30 days past the date of the winner notification or the prize will be forfeited.
4. Any booking made will henceforth adhere to all Terms & Conditions posted to our website.
5. The prize strictly cannot be exchanged or transferred and traveller details cannot be amended once the booking is confirmed.
6. The prize is based on two people sharing a twin or double room (bedding configuration is not guaranteed).
7. The winner and their travel companion will be responsible for any additional costs that are not identified in the inclusions section of the detailed itinerary. This itinerary will be shared with the winner upon acceptance of the prize. Airfares and/or transportation to the itinerary starting point, any optional upgrades, and other excluded expenses are payable by the prize winner.
8. All communication regarding bookings made for your awarded tour will be sent via email. It will be the responsibility of the winner to notify us of any contact detail changes.
9. Should you be forced to cancel your booking for whatever reason, standard terms and conditions will apply and no credit or refund of the tour value or date change would be applicable.
10. Inspiring Vacations reserves the right to cancel the prize in the instance of a force majeure event as described in the Inspiring Vacations terms & conditions. In such instances, no deferral, rebooking or compensation will be available. Force majeure means the occurrence of an event that is beyond Inspiring Vacation’s reasonable control and which could not have been reasonably prevented by Inspiring Vacations, which includes, but is not limited to: (a) war, armed conflict, criminal damage, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity or the threat of any such acts; (b) natural disasters (including but not limited to flooding, fire, earthquake, landslide, adverse weather conditions, high or low water levels; (c) nuclear or other industrial accident causing environmental pollution or contamination; (d) epidemics, pandemics, quarantines or any other public health crisis, including COVID-19 and its variants; or (e) change in law, meaning enactment, amendment (including repeal) in the law or administration of any law in Australia or any jurisdiction or territory relevant to the booking contract, which includes changes in statute, regulation determination, by-law, declaration, licence and the common law as applicable from time to time, including but not limited to travel or movement restrictions imposed by state, federal or foreign governments.Canada & Alaska tour for 2 people
