WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is open to all residents of Australia only. However, directors, management, employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, the Benefitting Party, and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
Entrants under 18 years of age must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this competition.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
The competition commences on Sunday 1st June 2014 at 00:01 (AEST) and concludes on Sunday 31st August 2014 at 23:59 (AEST).
HOW TO ENTER
To enter, eligible entrants must purchase any one of the Podravka products listed in chart a, from participating stores and either:
a. ONLINE: Visit the website www.taste.com.au during the Competition Period, and enter all details requested within the competition page including but not limited to full name, address, daytime contact number, email address, and the last 6 digits of the barcode of the participating product, (entrants must retain their original receipt as proof of purchase) and submit; OR
b. SMS: Send a text/SMS message to 19 701 234 (text message costs a maximum of 55c per message and each text message has a maximum of 160 characters) during the Competition Period with full name, address, and the last 6 digits of the barcode of the participating product, (entrants must retain their original receipt as proof of purchase); OR
c. PHONE: Call 1900 966 341 (call costs a maximum of 55c including GST - higher charges from mobiles/payphones may apply) and follow the prompts to key in the last 6 digits of the barcode of the participating product, (entrants must retain their original receipt as proof of purchase) and provide their full name, address and daytime contact number; OR
d. MAIL: Write their name, address, daytime contact number and barcode on the back of an envelope; enclose a copy of the receipt of the purchased participating product and post to: WIN a trip to Croatia with Podravka , PO Box 6304, Frenchs Forest NSW 2086 to be received during the Promotional Period. Each entry form/coupon must be sent in a separate, stamped, standard sized envelope. Envelopes with multiple entry forms/coupons will be treated as a single entry. Only original entry form/coupon will be accepted, no photocopies allowed.
PRIZE
One (1) major prize winner will receive:
• 1x $10,000 Adriatic Adventures voucher (to be used for a trip to Croatia within 12 months of the draw date).
- The voucher will only be valid to be used where the destination is Croatia.
Total major prize valued at a maximum of AUD$10,000.00
Four (4) 1st runner up winners will each receive:
• 1x $250 Westfield voucher
Total 1st runner up prize pool valued at a maximum of $1,000.00
Six (6) 2nd runner up winners will each receive:
• 1x Podravka gift basket (containing a range of Podravka products) valued at a maximum of $100.00
Total 2nd runner up prize pool valued at a maximum of $600.00
Total prize pool valued at a maximum of $11,600.00 (including GST)
