WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is open to all residents of New South Wales and Victoria over the age of eighteen (18) except employees and immediate families of the Promoter or Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing and their associated companies and agencies and participating outlets. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or 1st cousin.
Entrants into this competition must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as at the date of entry.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The competition commences on Sunday 16/11/14 at 00:05am AEDT and concludes on Monday 24/11/14 at 23:55pm AEDT.  Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the competition close date and time.
HOW TO ENTER:
Entrants may enter the competition by:
Submitting their original entry by logging onto dailytelegraph.com.au/promotions or heraldsun.com.au/competitions and registering their details including (but not limited to) full name, address, post code, telephone number, e-mail address, and answer in 25 words or less to the question as set out on the entry form. The cost of accessing the promotional website will be dependent on the entrant’s individual Internet Service Provider.  The most creative and original entry as determined by the Promoter will win.
PRIZES:
Individual prize value is up to $8,800 (including GST).  Total prize pool value is up to $77,600 (including GST) as at 07/11/14.
There are six (6) prize winners in total who will each receive a prize package outlined below. Each prize winner will receive the prize package which corresponds with their prize selection as per their original entry form.
PRIZE 1
One (1) prize winner will receive:
•    Return flights for two (2) adults (eighteen (18) years of age or over) and two (2) children (seventeen (17) years of age or younger) departing either Sydney International Airport or Melbourne International Airport travelling to Dubai International Airport, travelling economy class. Flight to depart Sydney International Airport or Melbourne International Airport on Tuesday, December 9, 2014, arriving Wednesday, December 10, 2014. Return flight to depart Dubai International Airport on Tuesday, December 16, 2014, and arrive in Australia on Wednesday, December 17, 2014.  Flight dates and times are subject to airline availability and the Promoter’s discretion and may change without notice.
Approximate total prize value $8,800 incl. GST.
•    Return transfers for four (4) people from Dubai International Airport to accommodation on the day of arrival and departure.
Approximate total prize value $400 incl. GST.
•    Activities and some meals whilst staying in Dubai for four (4) people to the total approximate value of $6000. Activities will be confirmed with the prize winner and guests upon issue of the itinerary prior to departure. Suggested activities include: mall attractions, dolphin encounter and desert experience.

•    Six (6) nights’ accommodation for four (4) people in Dubai checking-in Wednesday December 10, 2014 and check-out Tuesday December 16, 2014. Accommodation to be with a five (5) star service provider.
