WHO CAN ENTER?(a) Entry to the Promotion is open to residents of Australia only who are aged 18 years or older at the date of entry and who otherwise meet the criteria set out in these Terms.
(b) Employees and officers of the Promoter or the Sponsor, the agencies associated with this Promotion and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Promotion or to be awarded any prizes in connection with the Promotion.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Promotion Period:
(a) commences at 10:00:01 am AEST on Monday, 11 May 2015; and
(b) closes at 11:59:59 pm AEST on Sunday, 21 June 2015,
unless the Promotion ends earlier in accordance with these Terms.
HOW TO ENTER:
The Promotion will consist of 6 weekly rounds, commencing at 10:00:01am each Monday and ending at 11:59:59 pm the following Sunday during each week of the Promotion Period (each a Weekly Round).
To enter each Weekly Round of the Promotion and to enter the draw for the Grand Prize (see paragraph A.6 below) (Grand Prize Draw), you must:
during a Weekly Round, visit www.passlikealocal.expedia.com.au (Promotion Page); and
to enter the prize draw for that Weekly Round: submit your tip on how to travel like a local by creating your own tip and share your travel tip on the Promotion page by logging in with either Facebook Connect or Twitter Connect.; and/or
to enter the Grand Prize Draw: once on the Promotion Page follow the instructions to complete the weekly quiz and, if you achieve a score of at least seven (7) on the quiz, complete and submit all the entry form for the Grand Prize Draw with all requested details including, without limitation, full name and e-mail address.
For the avoidance of doubt only entrants who achieve a score of at least seven (7) in a weekly quiz will be invited to enter the Grand Prize Draw. Failure to provide accurate and complete information will render the entry invalid.
Although the Promoter has no obligation to screen, edit or monitor any of the content posted or transmitted for the purpose of entering a Weekly Round, the Promoter reserves the right, and has absolute discretion, to remove, screen, translate or edit without notice any such content at any time and for any reason.
All valid and correctly submitted entries received by the Promoter for the Grand Prize Draw will be entered into that draw at the end of the Promotion (refer to A.9 below).
All valid and correctly shared travel tips received by the Promoter for each Weekly Round that are published by Expedia on the Promotion Page will be entered into a draw at the end of that Weekly Round (refer to A.9 below).
Entries submitted by any other method will be automatically deemed invalid.
You may submit a maximum of:
- one entry per person per Weekly Round; and
- six entries per person for the Grand Prize Draw (i.e. one entry for each Weekly Round).
Any entries in addition to this will be automatically disqualified and the Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, disqualify your participation in the Promotion.
PRIZES:
he winner of each Weekly Round will receive one (1) AU$1,000 travel voucher for use on Expedia.com.au.
The winner of the Grand Prize Draw will receive:
One (1) AU$5,000 travel voucher for use on Expedia.com.au to book a trip (flight+hotel) for the prize winner to any European destination; and.
NAB Traveller Card pre-loaded with AU$10,000 (or, if the prize winner already holds a NAB Traveller Card, the prize winner will receive an AU$10,000 re-load to their existing currency card) (Grand Prize).
NAB is the product issuer of the NAB Traveller Card.
