PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Contest will be held starting on August 21, 2014 and ending on August 25, 2014. Entries submitted after 4:59pm AEST 25th of August, 2014 ("Entry Deadline") will not be valid and/or considered.
PRIZE:
The Prize is a trip to IFA 2014 for the winner.
The trip consists of:
1 hotel room (standard category) in Berlin, Germany (4 night stay)
1 round trip airline ticket (economy class) from Sydney, Australia to Berlin, Germany
1 round trip airline ticket (economy class) to Sydney, from an airport in the Australian capital city nearest to winner's place of residence
If the winner lives within 75 miles of Sydney, this portion of the Prize will not be awarded, and no compensation or substitution will be provided for the difference in Prize value. 1 entry badge to IFA 2014 planned to take place between September 1 and 10th of 2014. Airport transfers from the Berlin International airport to Hotel. All other expenses relating to acceptance of the Prize not explicitly stated herein, including but not limited to taxes, meals, beverages and gratuities are the responsibility of the Prize winner. Specifics of travel package are subject to availability and at Organizer's sole discretion. Complete terms and conditions of trip will be furnished with Prize notification. Travel must be made through Organizer's agent on a carrier of Organizer's choice. Prize winner must provide all necessary travel documents required.
HOW TO ENTER:
To participate in the Contest and qualify to win, you need to upload a picture showing the innovative ways you use your phone, besides for communication, complete the entry and registration form (including accepting the the CNET Service Terms of Use). You will receive a confirmation email the week of August 25th; to complete registration to the CNET Service and your entry into the Contest you will need to click on the confirmation link you will receive via such e-mail (the e-mail address you registered with). If you are already a CNET member, you will not receive a confirmation email. To enter the Contest and upload a picture, go to the CNET website accessible at 'http://www.cnet.com/au/news/ifa-2014-flyaway-to-germany'(the "CNET Service") via your desktop and/or mobile device. Information on how to enter this promotion, on the entry form and Prize details found on the CNET Service, forms part of these Terms and Conditions by this reference. The deadline for entering is 4:59pm AEST 25th August, 2014 ("Entry Deadline"). There is no limit on the number of entries allowed per participant.
