Who can enter the Channel 7 Sunrise Mean Girls Competition?The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 and older, where the Channel Seven signal is received. Employees and immediate family members of Seven Network, Paramount Pictures Australia, and their associated agencies and companies, and any prize suppliers, are not eligible to enter.
When does the competition close?The competition closes on Thursday, 4th January 2024 at 12.00pm (AEDT).
How can one enter?To enter, participants must register their full name, address, email address, and mobile phone number on the Sunrise website's Competition page and submit an answer to the question, “Tell us in 25 words or less why you need to see 'Mean Girls' on the big screen”.
What are the prizes?- Major Prize: A package for 2 people including return flights to Los Angeles (max value $5800), $1000 AUD spending money, 5 nights hotel accommodation in LA, Beverly Hills bike tour, helicopter sightseeing tour, Paramount VIP tour, double passes to Mean Girls in their home city, and Mean Girls merchandise. Total value: $13,410.00 AUD.
- Minor Prizes: Five winners will each receive a double pass to Mean Girls and Mean Girls merchandise, valued at $200.00 each ($74.75 each prize value). Total value: $1,373.75 AUD.
Total prize pool amount?The total maximum prize pool value is up to $14,783.75 AUD.
Are there any travel or expense restrictions?The Major Prize does not include travel expenses from the winner's home to the airport or from accommodation to the airport. The Major Prize is not available during specific blackout dates and public holidays in the USA and Australia. The prize must be used within twelve months of notification.
Are there any other conditions for the Major Prize winner?The Major Prize winner and their traveling companion must both be 18 years or older and comply with all prize component requirements and conditions. They must travel together and depart from the same capital city, and are responsible for all other expenses incurred.
