Who can enter the competition?

Australian and New Zealand residents over 18 years of age are eligible to enter. Entrants must have a valid Australian or New Zealand Passport with at least 6 months validity. Employees of the Promoter, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate families are not eligible to participate.

When does the competition close?

The competition starts on September 24, 2023, at 09:00 AM AEST and closes on September 13, 2023, at 11:59 PM AEST.

How can one enter the competition?

To enter, during the promotional period, participants must:

- Follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page
- Complete the registration or log in to My Live Nation with personal details (first name, last name, email address, postcode)
- Answer the question "In 25 words or less, tell us why should you win this trip!"
- Opt-in to receive marketing communication from the Promoter
- Hold a ticket to The War On Drugs Australia & New Zealand Tour 2023 at the end of the Promotional Period

The prize includes:

The total prize pool is approximately AUD $13,000.00.

What are the prize conditions?

- Exact travel dates will be specified by the Promoter.
- If the winner is unable or unwilling to travel on the required dates, they will forfeit that part of the prize.
- Open-jaw, stop-overs, or multi-city itineraries are not allowed.
- Changes to reservations once travel dates are confirmed are not permitted.
- The winner and their travel companion must depart from and return to the same departure point.
- The winner and their companion are responsible for valid passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents.
- The prize winner and companion are responsible for all expenses beyond the prize value.
- Accommodation location will be specified by the Promoter.
- VIP tickets relate to Ohana Festival 2023 on September 29 to October 1, 2023.
- Meet and Greet details will be specified by the Promoter.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize in case of unforeseen circumstances.
- Winner and their companion must comply with health and travel requirements, including COVID restrictions.
- Winner will be determined based on creativity and judged by the Promoter.

How will the winner be notified?

The winner will be notified via email or phone within 24 hours of the draw. The name of the winner will be published on Live Nation Australia and New Zealand's Facebook Page and Instagram Story by 5:00 PM AEST on September 15, 2023.

What happens if the winner can't be reached?

If the winner cannot be reached, declines the prize, or doesn't comply with the rules, they will be disqualified, and an alternative winner may be selected.
