1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering this free prize draw, you agree to these terms & conditions.
2. No purchase necessary to enter this free prize draw.
3. This free prize draw is open from 00:01 on Wednesday 1st November 2017 (‘Commencement Date’) to 23:59 Wednesday 31st January 2018 (Closing Date) (The period between the Commencement Date and the Closing Date shall be known as the ‘Participation Period’). No entries will be accepted after the Closing Date
4. ELIGIBILITY: This free prize draw is open to Australian and New Zealand residents (‘Eligible Entrant’). The free prize draw is not open to employees and immediate family of Bloomsbury Publishing Group or The Jordans & Ryvita Company (‘JRC’). Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
5. HOW TO ENTER: To enter free prize draw please submit the details requested in the form during the Participation Period. Only entries submitted in this way will be eligible.
6. Only one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize.

8. THE PRIZE:
a) A single prize consists of a holiday for 2 (two) adults to Dorset, UK.
b) Prize includes:
return economy flights to London Heathrow for 2 (two) adults from either Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth or Auckland international airports
5 nights’ accommodation in Dorset, UK (based on two people sharing a twin or double room
Dinner at either River Cottage HQ or River Cottage Canteen (depending on winner’s dates of travel)

A year’s worth of Dorset Cereals (24 boxes total to be sent quarterly)
It is the responsibility of the winner to cover travel costs to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth or Auckland airports.
The winner will be responsible for covering any additional travel costs beyond this prize package. Travel will be booked by Bloomsbury Australia and Corporate Traveller Travel Agency.
Winner and guest must have full passport valid for at least 6 months at time of travel
Any necessary visas are responsibility of winner and guest
A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into the hotel
Spending money is NOT included as part of this package.
c) Additional Terms relating to the Prize:
The prize is valid for travel until 31st July 2018
The prize must be redeemed within the validity period or the prize will be forfeited.
The prize is for two (2) adults only and is not transferable, available for sale or redeemable for a cash alternative.
All expenses other than those expressly referred to in this clause will be at the winner’s and their companion’s cost. The Promoter and JRC will not be liable for the failure of the winner to meet travel schedules or cancellations and no cash or other prize will be awarded if the winner or the companion cancels for any reason. The Prize is not transferable (i.e. no name changes) and is not redeemable for cash.
Flights and Accommodation dates need to be requested at least two months prior to travel.
Changes to flight details once booked will incur a [AU $50] change fee per guest per change.
RUNNERS UP: 10 runners up will each win a copy of each of River Cottage: Much More Veg and a hamper of Dorset Cereals.
9. Personal information including Eligible Entrant’s name, address, telephone number, email [BMP1] will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this Competition. This may require disclosure to third parties, including local regulatory authorities and the Promoter or JRC’s agents or third party service providers, for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, or for the Promoter or JRC’s promotional and marketing purposes (including for direct marketing) (‘Purpose’). By entering this Competition, Eligible Entrant’s consent to the use of their personal information for the Purpose.
10. By entering this free prize draw you agree to be added to the Bloomsbury monthly newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time. Please see Bloomsbury’s privacy policy for how we use your information. JRC will use and handle Eligible Entrants’ personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at http://www.jordanscereals.com/en-au/privacy-policy. In addition to any use that may be outlined in JRC’s Privacy Policy, JRC may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the personal information of the Eligible Entrant for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their personal information, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with.
11. Bloomsbury may disqualify entries from winning if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that they are in breach of these terms and conditions or your participation is fraudulent, unfair or unlawful.
12. Bloomsbury may cancel the competition for reasons outside of its reasonable control.
13. Bloomsbury may amend these terms and conditions without notice, by posting changes to them on this website.
14. Bloomsbury does not accept any responsibility for any network congestion, technical failure or other problem in any telephone line, network, system, provider or otherwise which results in any communication not being properly recorded or received.
15. Bloomsbury and JRC (and their associated companies) exclude responsibility and all liability arising from any changes to the prize details which are beyond their control and for any act of default of any other third party supplier. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Bloomsbury reserves the right (a) to substitute an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
16. The Promoter and JRC are not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered (even if caused by negligence) as a result of the winner(s) accepting and/or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Promoter and JRC (and their associated companies) are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner as arising from, or in connection with the Prize supplied by the prize supplier, or the conduct of the prize supplier.
17. Entrants’ details will be held by Bloomsbury and JRC but will not be passed on. Bloomsbury and JRC adhere to the data protection legislation surrounding the use and storage of your personal information.
17. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The Prize winners will be notified by email or post by 10th February 2018. Unsuccessful entrants will not be notified. The Prize winners must claim their prize within 14 working days of Bloomsbury sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and Bloomsbury reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
18. NO CASH ALTERNATIVES AVAILABLE. Prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
19. Entry to the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
20. Bloomsbury’s decision on all matters is final. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
21. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights which you may have under any law (including the Australia Consumer Law (‘ACL’), and any consumer guarantees relating to goods or services under the ACL) which may not be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement (‘Your Consumer Rights’). Subject to Your Consumer Rights, the Promoter and JRC are not liable for any loss or damage however caused (including by negligence), suffered or incurred in connection with this Promotion or the Prize.
