This is a promotion by Levi Strauss (Australia) Pty Ltd to win a trip to San Francisco. By participating in this promotion, you agree to the Promotion Terms, which include eligibility requirements, entry instructions, number of entries permitted, prize details, winner selection process, winner notification process, and how to claim the prize.
The promotion is open to all residents of Australia who are at least 18 years or older, subscribers of Levi’s® Australia online newsletter, able to travel during the designated dates, not involved in the determination or management of the promotion, and not an employee of a party described above and its affiliates, suppliers, concessionaires, third-party agents, or a relative up to the second degree of affinity on consanguinity of such person.

Entrants are allowed only one entry per person. The prize includes a 7-day and 6-night trip for the winner and one winner’s guest to San Francisco Levi’s® Pop Up Event Sweepstakes, San Francisco, USA. The prize includes roundtrip economy class air tickets from the winner’s nearest capital city with an international airport in Australia to San Francisco, 4-star hotel accommodations for six nights, round trip airport transfers to the hotel in San Francisco, invitations to a 3-day Levi’s® 501®150th immersive event in San Francisco from 19 May 2023 to 21 May 2023, and a trip allowance of US$3,500.00 (A$5,217.00), only for the winner who achieved full attendance of the Levi’s® 501® 150th Immersion Event and has posted on the winner’s Instagram account.
The winner will be selected based on the creativity, originality, and literary merit, and relevance to the promotion. The winner will be announced online via the Promoter's official channels by 4th April 2023 and notified by email and phone call within two business days after the winner’s announcement.
To claim the prize, the winner must send an email to the address provided or call the number provided to notify the Promoter of the winner’s acceptance of the Prize within three days of receiving the Prize Notification. The winner must also submit his/her valid identification to Promoter and all relevant travel documents and information for both the winner and the winner’s travel companion within three days from acceptance of Prize, as reasonably requested by the Promoter or its agent for the purpose of making travel arrangements in connection with the Prize.
If the winner fails to comply with any of the requirements or if the Prize or any element of the Prize becomes unavailable or is otherwise unable to be provided, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any portion thereof) with a prize of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion. The winner will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the Prize or element of a Prize has been substituted at equal or greater value.
