What are these Terms and Conditions?These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) governs Promoter A’s competition giving you the chance to WIN A TRIP TO SRI LANKA WITH YOUR NO.1 + A $500 WAREDROBE EACH TO STUFF YOUR SUITCASES WITH! valued at $4875(“Competition”). By entering this Competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You should read them carefully and we recommend you save a copy of them for your reference.
What is the prize & terms?1. The total prize pool is valued at $4875(AUD) and includes;
a)The winner is entitled to two places on Geckos Adventures ‘Sri Lankan Adventure’ tour https://www.geckosadventures.com/en-au/sri-lanka/sri-lankan-adventure-109391 .
b)The prize includes return economy flights from winners nearest capital city.The airfares will be booked through Geckos Adventures air team with the airline chosen at their discretion.
c) The prize includes two $500 Dangerfield gift vouchers.
2. 1 x winner will be announced
- Not exchangeable for cash
- We are not liable or responsible if any shipping loss or damage while in transit- we will not replace any damages or losses
- We will supply tracking details of goods
When can you enter the Competition?3. The Competition opens at 16:00pm (AEDT) on 15/12/2017 and closes at 15/01/2018 (11:59 AEDT)
4. The winner will be drawn on Wednesday 17/01/2017
What do you need to do to enter?5. To enter, you must:
a. Visit www.dangerfield.com.au OR enter in store.
6. All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions. Incomplete or corrupt entries will not be accepted.
What are the conditions of entry?7. There is no charge to enter the Competition other than the usual Internet connection charges payable to your service provider and/or telephone company.
8. To enter this Competition, you must submit the entry via the online form
9. You are not eligible to enter if you are an employee, or partner or immediate family member of an employee of Promoter A or any third party company or agency directly connected with the creation or administration of this Competition.
When will the winners be chosen?10. Promoter A will attempt to notify the winners using the contact details provided at the time of the pledge. Should Promoter A be unable to contact any of the winners by 5pm on 02/09/2015 Promoter A reserves the right to forfeit the prize, repeat the selection process and choose a replacement winner.
13.The winner’s names will be available upon request by emailing kara@factoryx.com.au
How will my personal information be used?14. You agree that Promoter A will use the contact details you provided as part of your entry to contact you in the event you are selected as one of the winners.
15. If you are a winner, you may also be required to participate in publicity in connection with the Competition. You agree that we can use your name on social media as ‘the winner’ and off-line in all media and press releases about or reporting on the Competition, the Event or Promoter A.
16. By entering the competition you automatically agree to become part of the Dangerfield database, which is also available to ‘opt out’ of once you commence receiving EDM communication or email communication
17. By entering the Competition, you agree to your personal information being used for the purposes described in these Terms and Conditions, including the purposes of assessing your eligibility, administering the Competition, prize fulfilment, and for contacting you if you are selected as a winner.
Additional terms
18. By participating in the Competition you hereby warrant that all personal information submitted by you is true, current and complete and that the e-mail address you submit is accurate and valid.
18. Any entry made or attempted to be made in a manner which in Promoter A’s reasonable opinion is contrary to the spirit of these Terms and Conditions or by its nature is unfair to other entrants will be invalid and may result in your disqualification from the Competition. Examples of entries or behavior which are not allowed include fraudulent entries, bulk entries, automated entries, cheating, hacking or deception.
19. Promoter A reserves the right to cancel the Competition or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice in circumstances beyond Promoter A’s reasonable control where Promoter A reasonably considers such cancellation or amendment is unavoidable.
20. The winner acknowledges that all intellectual property rights belonging to Promoter A, such as but not limited to the Dangerfield logo, as well as the intellectual property rights of its partners and sponsors and any audiovisual material produced containing images of the Competition winners are and shall remain Promoter A’s sole and exclusive property or its partners or sponsors.
21. Promoter A cannot accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission or mail delivery, communications line failure, theft, destruction, corruption, alteration of, or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.
22. Promoter A shall not have any liability and does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant in this Competition or resulting from the Prizes. Nothing shall exclude Promoter A’s liability for death and personal injury as a result of its negligence.
23. In the event of any dispute, whether such dispute concerns the conduct or eligibility of participants, results or any and all other matters relating to the Competition, the decision of Promoter A shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

a)The winner is entitled to two places on Geckos Adventures ‘Sri Lankan Adventure’ tour https://www.geckosadventures.com/en-au/sri-lanka/sri-lankan-adventure-109391 .
b)The prize includes return economy flights from winners nearest capital city.The airfares will be booked through Geckos Adventures air team with the airline chosen at their discretion.
c)There is one prize to be won.
d)Prizes are subject to availability.
e)There is no cash alternative for the prize.The prize is not redeemable, transferable or exchangeable for cash.
f)The travel component Prize is supplied by Intrepid Travel Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 34 126 440 033) (us/we) trading as Geckos Adventures (the “Supplier”). The Supplier reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal value if circumstances beyond the Supplier’s control make it necessary to do so. Promoter B will not be responsible for any changes to the prize that are made by the Supplier.
g)The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
h)Prize can be redeemed at sales@geckosadventures.com or by contacting our sales team on 1300 854 444. The prize will be in the form of an online voucher
i)Prize must be booked by 30th July2018. No extension is available. It is the winner's responsibility to ensure the voucher is used within the specified timeframe
j)A minimum of 4 travellers must be confirmed on the Geckos trip for the for prize winner booking to be confirmed on their requested date, please check at time of booking.
k)Total prize value $3875
l)Prize is valid for residents of Australia & New Zealand only.

n)Winner can travel any time between 15^th January 2018 and 15^th December 2018. The prize is provided on a twin share basis.
o)Prize is valid for above tour and airfares only and does not include; flight upgrades, domestic flights, travel insurance, any additional meals, any extra sightseeing or activities, any additional accommodation, personal spending money, passports, travel visas required, any other transport as required to and from departure point, single supplement and all other ancillary costs.
p)Adequate and valid travel insurance, obtained at the winner’s expense, is compulsory.
q)This prize cannot be used on existing bookings or in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.
r)It is the winner’s responsibility to carry a valid passport and appropriate visas required.
