This Schedule together with the Terms of Entry constitute the Competition Terms of Entry for the Promotion. Please read the Terms

Entrants may enter the Promotion as many times as they wish, however, entrants may only win one (1)
Prize each.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) prize each
in the Promotion.
8. Entry Method

During the Promotion Period entrants must visit the Website
[http://www.smoothfestivalofchocolate.com.au]and fully complete the online entry form and
register their details in the manner required on the Website and answer in 25 words or less the
question “who would you like to indulge with at the smooth Festival of Chocolate and why?”.
Each entry will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Promoter (Judges) based on
the Judging Criteria.
9. Entry Restrictions Each entrant must nominate a personal contact number, either a personal mobile number or home
phone number (and not a business number), to be eligible for the prize (Personal Contact Number) and
grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter
(on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by
the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method to be eligible to
be awarded the Prize: 10.00am – 11.30am (AEST) on Monday 13 August, 2018.
10. Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole
and absolute discretion) by 5.00pm [AEST] on Monday 13 August, 2018 at the Promoter’s premises. All
valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
Competition Terms and Conditions
Terms of Entry
1 Schedule and Terms of Entry
(a) These Terms of Entry must be read together with the Schedule
for this Promotion. The Schedule defines certain terminology
used in these Terms of Entry. By entering the Promotion,
entrants accept these Terms of Entry.
(b) To the extent of any inconsistency between the Schedule and
these Terms of Entry, the Schedule prevails. For the avoidance
of doubt, the Promoter’s General Terms of Entry (available on
the relevant Website) do not apply to this Promotion.
2 Eligible Entrants
(a) Eligible States and Territories. Entry is open only to residents of
the Eligible States and Territories specified in the Schedule
11. Judging Criteria
Clause 4
All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and
suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
Where entrants are required to participate in a challenge or on air game, the Promoter may specify
the relevant judging criteria prior to or at the time of the challenge or on air game.
12. Prize
Clauses 8 - 15
There is one (1) prize to be won as follows:
The winner will be awarded one (1) travel prize to The smooth Festival of Chocolate, from Friday 31
August, 2018 to Sunday 1 September, 2018, for the winner and up to one (1) companion (companion
must be aged 18 years or older, to be determined by the prize winner and approved by the Promoter
in its discretion), valued at up to $2,100 (incl GST). The prize comprises of the following components:
? two (2) adult economy return airfares from the winner’s nearest Capital City in their State of
usual residence to Sydney, NSW (inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges);
? two [2] nights minimum 3.5 star accommodation in a hotel to be determined and specified
by the Promoter, twin share, to be shared by the winner and their companion;
? return transfers for the winner and their companion from the destination airport to their
destination accommodation;
? Two [2] x Single Day General Admission tickets to The smooth Festival of Chocolate,
? Two [2] x tickets to a Wine Selectors Masterclass
? Two [2] x tickets to The Callebaut Test Kitchen
? Two [2] x tickets to the VIP Festival Bar, housed within the Hope Estate Garden Bar
? One [1] x smooth Festival of Chocolate gift pack
Valued at up to $2,100 (inc GST)
For the avoidance of doubt, if the winner’s ordinary state of residence is NSW they will not be awarded
the accommodation or the domestic travel prize element of the Prize.
13. Prize Restrictions

Entrants and their companion must be able to take the Prize on Friday 31 August, 2018 to Sunday 1
September, 2018. Dates and schedules of the prizes are not under the Promoter’s control and are
subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes.
Entrants must be the holder of a current Australian driver’s licence.
