Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter is Dendy Cinemas ABN 95002033605, 34 Lennox St Newtown NSW 2042 Australia.

3. Entry is open only to Australian residents. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
4. The competition commences 9am Dec 17, 2013 and closes 10pm Feb 1, 2014.
5. Participating Cinemas include Dendy Portside, Canberra, Opera Quays and Newtown. Entrants will be competing according to the Cinema they nominate as their local cinema on the entry form.
6. The competition will be judged at 5pm on Feb 4, 2013 at the Promoters head office.
7. The major prize pool consists of 2 x economy return airfares to Thailand, 7 nights hotel accommodation, breakfast daily, 2 lunches and 2 dinners, 1 internal flight within Asia, transport in air-conditioned vehicles (except tuk-tuk and local transport touring), entrance fees, tour leader, return transfers plus $500 spending money.
8. Prize winners will be notified via the email address or phone number provided upon entry. Additional information may be required in order to facilitate prize fulfilment.
9.This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on originality, literary and creative merits. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. By entering the competition the entrant acknowledges that Dendy Cinemas may pass their contact information provided to a third party.
11. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of the competition. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunction that would prohibit entry.
12. Airline tickets have one-year validity from date of issue. Blackout dates apply during school holidays, embargoed periods and high seasons. An example of high season would be 20 Dec’13 to 16 Jan’14 and again 01 Dec ’14 to 16 Jan ‘15 where travel is not be permitted. Blackout dates and higher season periods are subject to change.
