Entry is only open to Australian residents over the age of 14. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
Entrants over the age of 14 and up to but not including 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter the Promotion and, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion commences Wednesday, 16 December 2015, 12:01AM (AEDT) and entries close at Monday, 11 January 2016, 11:59PM (AEDT) (“Promotion Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
a. be a registered member of Optus Perks,
b. go to optusperks.com.au/tennis and
(a) indicate whether they are entering the draw for a double pass to the Australian Open Men’s Final (“Men’s Final”) or the Australian Open Women’s Final (“Women’s Final”); and
(b) tell us in 25 words or less why they deserve their spot at the final for which they have nominated their interest; and
c. provide, at the time of entry in accordance with 5(b), valid name, email, mobile phone and postal address details for the purposes of contacting entrants and receiving Prize materials.
PRIZES:
Prizes: The following prizes will be awarded to the Winners:
a. Prize - a double pass to the Australian Open Women’s Final in Melbourne on the 30th January 2016 and twin share overnight 4* accommodation in Melbourne.
(a) A double pass to the Australian Open Women’s Final at the Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne on 30th January 2016;
(b) Twin share accommodation in 4-star accommodation in Melbourne, at a location to be determined solely by the Promoter, for the evening of 30th January 2016;
(c) If the Winner is a resident outside Victori 2x return economy-class flights from the Winner’s nearest capital city to Melbourne, arriving in Melbourne on Saturday, 30 January 2016 and departing from Melbourne on Sunday, 31 January 2016; and
(d) Airport transfers - return taxi from airport to hotel – with credit to the value of $100;
to a total prize value of up to $36516 AUD (including GST); and
b. Prize B:
(a) A double pass to the Australian Open Women’s Final at the Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne on 31th January 2016;
(b) Twin share accommodation in 4-star accommodation in Melbourne, at a location to be determined solely by the Promoter, for the evening of 30th January 2016;
(c) If the Winner is resident outside Victori 2x return economy-class flights from the Winner’s nearest capital city to Melbourne, arriving in Melbourne on Sunday, 31 January 2016 and departing from Melbourne on Monday, 1 February 2016; and
(d) Airport transfers - return taxi from airport to hotel – with credit to the value of $100;
to a total prize value of up to $36516 AUD (including GST)
(each of Prize A and Prize B being “the Prize”).
Winners who are residents of Victoria at the time of the Prizes being judged will not receive flights or airline transfers [or other related prize components], or any additional or alternative prize inclusions.
The Prize is subject to booking and flight availability at time of booking. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the cancellation or rescheduling of any flights or any consequential or resulting losses, including but not limited to failure by the Winner to obtain the benefit of any part of the Prize. If the Winner is unable to travel on the nominated dates, then the Prize will be forfeited by the Winner and the Promoter may in its discretion, award the Prize to the next valid entry drawn from the entries into the draw. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the Prize.
Total Prize value in the Promotion is up to $7232 AUD (including GST).
