Win a trip to the Great Barrier Reef for 4

To enter the Competition entrants must either:
go to http://home.disney.com.au/tv/ and follow the links to the Finding Nemo 3D ‘Win a trip to the Great Barrier Reef’ Competition page OR
click through to the Competition page via a Unique URL shared by another entrant to the Competition on one (1) of the platforms listed in clause 7 below.
Once at the Competition page, entrants must complete and submit the entry form (the “Entry”). Entrants are required to provide their full name, street address, suburb, state, postcode, e-mail address and phone number. Entry into the Competition is free, excluding normal internet connection charges.
There will be one (1) major prize, one (1) referral prize and fifty (50) runner-up prizes to be won during the course of the Competition (each a “Prize”).
The major prize (the “Major Prize”) includes a trip to the Great Barrier Reef for a family of four (4), comprising of the following:
3-night stay at Shangri-La Hotel the Marina Cairns in QLD valued at $1260;
4x return economy flights to Cairns from any of the following capital cities - Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide or Perth valued at $1000*;
Air transfers will be provided, to one of the capital cities listed above, in the case that a winner resides in NT, ACT or TAS valued at $1000*; and
A day trip for four (4) to the outer Great Barrier Reef valued at $1000.
The maximum value of the Major Prize is $4260
*Flights will not be provided to winners who reside in QLD. In this scenario, the 4x return economy flights and (where applicable) transfers, will be excluded from the Major Prize and the total value of the Major Prize will be reduced to $2260.
The referral prize (the “Referral Prize”) includes a trip to the Great Barrier Reef for a family of four (4), comprising of the following:

Each runner-up prize (each a “Runner-up Prize”) shall consist of one (1) admit four (4) in-season pass to see ‘Finding Nemo 3D’, valued at a maximum of $86.
The maximum value for the Runner-up Prize is $4300
