WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is only open to Australian residents who, at the time of entry and at the time of the draw:
a. are aged 18 years or over;
b. are Optus customers with an active Optus mobile telephone, landline telephone, mobile broadband or landline internet service (each a “Service”) and be a registered member of Optus Perks;
c. have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the first date of travel in the Prize;
d. do not have a criminal record, outstanding warrants or any infringement notices that would prevent them from entering Brazil.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
This promotion commences Monday, 2 May 2016, 12:01AM (AEST) and entries close at Monday, 6 June 2016, 11:59PM (AEST) (“Promotion Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
a. go to optusperks.com.au/rio and:
i. in 25 words or less tell us who your favourite Australian Olympic athlete is and why.
ii. provide a valid name, email address and mobile phone number.
Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
PRIZE:
The following prize will be awarded to the winner and 3 guests:
i. 4x return economy-class flights from Sydney to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, departing Sydney on Wednesday, 10 August 2016 and returning from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on Wednesday, 17 August 2016. *Dates, airlines and carriers are at the discretion of the Promoter;
ii. 4x return economy-class flights from the Winner’s nearest capital city to Sydney. Flight details, including booking times and dates, are at the sole discretion of the Promoter;
iii. 7 night stay in a 4 star hotel in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil;
iv. Daily breakfast, 3 lunches and 4 dinners (as determined by the Promoter)
v. Event tickets for four people to 7 Olympic Games sporting events;
vi. 2 x guided excursions / cultural experiences in Rio de Janeiro, including guides;
vii. Ground transport is included for the duration of the program including airport transfers;
viii. 3 x single entry afternoon or evening passes to CoSport’ s Hospitably Centre in Rio de Janeiro
ix. 2 x host / hostess are include for the duration of the program
