How To Enter:
To be in the running to win four (4) return economy flights to the United Kingdom flying with Etihad Airways, and four (4) tickets to a Manchester City Football Club Match, please read the following:
Entry into the competition can be made via the following method:
Enter your contact details online using the form at www.webjet.com.au/win/etihad to go in the draw. Entrants may, during entry to the promotion refer one or more person/s by sharing the unique URL provided during the entry process, via their choice of media e.g. email, social media etc. For every one person referred to the competition by the entrant and who enters the competition, the entrant will receive an additional one (1) entry to the competition. The entrant will not receive additional referral entries for persons referred who do not enter the competition. You must make sure you have consent of your friends to send the referral email. The maximum number of entries to the competition for each entrant is eleven (11) entries (e.g. one individual entry and ten referral entries).
By providing your contact details, you may opt-in to the Webjet’s marketing database to receive regular offers and promotions from Webjet, by ticking the ‘Please add me to Webjet’s newsletter and keep me up to date with the latest travel deals’ option. If you opt-in to Webjet’s marketing database, you may opt-out by following the instructions contained in any of the promotional emails you receive from Webjet. Each and every promotional email you receive from Webjet will have a secure link at the bottom which will remove you from our marketing database if you choose.

The decision by entrants to grant or withhold their consent in relation to the use of their information for marketing purposes will not affect the selection of the winner.

Entry is limited to residents of Australia over the age of 18 years except employees of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families.
This is a game of chance.
Should an entrant’s contact details change during the Promotion Period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify The Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to The Promoter.
The prize:
There is one (1) winner who will receive:
Four (4) return economy flights to the United Kingdom flying with Etihad Airways, individually valued up to $2,200. Total value up to $8,800.
Four (4) General Admission tickets to a Manchester City Football Club Match, valued at $200 each. Total value up to $800.
Total maximum prize value is up to $9,600.
General prize conditions:
The prize must be taken in full by 31 March 2017 and is subject to flight availability.
The winner will be responsible for making the necessary arrangements for the prize, as detailed upon winner notification.
Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
If for any reason the prize, or any element of the prize, becomes unavailable for any reason, which is out of The Promoter’s control then a similar element to equal value, will be awarded in lieu subject to the Relevant State Authorities.
Flight prize conditions:
Prize is inclusive of airfare taxes which will be covered by Etihad Airways.
The ticket is for travel in February or March 2017 and the exact dates will be determined by Etihad Airways in October 2016.
The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. The prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed by Etihad Airways.
There will be no compensation payable if the winner is unable to use the prize as determined.
Tickets must be issued from an Etihad Airways office by 19 December 2016, with no further extension.
Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash or other goods or services.
The following costs are to be borne by the passenger: travel costs to and from the points of departure, travel insurance, accommodation, excess baggage over and above the approved 23kgs, meals, levies and surcharges, and any other travel related expenses. No Frequent Flyer points will be accrued as part of this prize.
Once flights have been booked and flight tickets are issued the winner is responsible for any costs associated with subsequent itinerary changes, cancellations.
Travel must be on Etihad Airways services only and completed by 31 March 2017 with no further extensions.
The ticket is subject to very limited availability and space being available in relevant sub-class and travel during peak periods and embargo periods may be restricted and the prize cannot be changed once the booking has been made.
Economy class tickets to the United Kingdom (Manchester) are only valid for travel ex. Economy Class airfares to Manchester from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth. Flights from regional points are to be borne by the passenger. Travel to and from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth do not form part of the Prize and are the responsibility of the winner.
Tickets must be issued from an Etihad Airways office by 19 December 2016, with no further extension.
Any tickets which remain unused after the expiry date shall be deemed null and void.
Winner and passenger must travel together.
Promotion Period:
Promotion commences at 12pm AEST 29 August 2016, and entries close at 11:59PM AEST 11 September 2016.
Draw:
The winning entry will be drawn at midday 13 September 2016 at: Webjet Marketing Pty Ltd, Suite 2, Level 2, 509 St Kilda Rd Melbourne VIC 3004.
General:
Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
If the opt-in option is selected at time of entry, entering the competition automatically adds your details to the Webjet Mail list or Etihad Airways Mail list - keeping you up to date with regular offers, and promotions.
All Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable in full or in part. All travel must be booked at one time prior to 19 December 2016. Once flights have been booked and flight tickets are issued (including e-tickets), the winner is responsible for any costs associated with subsequent itinerary changes, cancellations, amendments or other administration charges.
The prize winners will be contacted by the Promoter via phone and email on 13 September 2016 to the phone number and email address provided in the entry. Winners will be published on Webjet’s website: http://www.webjet.com.au/travel-toolbox/competitions/ on 13 September 2016.
All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into Webjet's database NOT time of transmission by the entrant.
Any costs in excess of the value of the Prize are the responsibility of the winner. Excess amounts will be paid by the winner in full at the time of booking flights prior to tickets being issued.
Three (3) attempts will be made to contact the prize winner. If the prize remains unclaimed the promoter will conduct a second chance draw at midday 13 December 2016 subject to regulatory authority. Any unclaimed draw winners will be notified via email. Any second chance draw will be held at Webjet Marketing Pty Ltd, Level 2, 509 St Kilda Rd Melbourne 3004. Any second chance winners will be notified directly in writing and published on Webjet’s website: http://www.webjet.com.au/travel-toolbox/competitions/ on the 14 December 2016.
The entrant releases from and indemnifies the Promoter against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of the entrant's participation in the Promotion, or breach of these terms and conditions, including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the entrant or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the Prize. Any portion of the Prize unused will be forfeited.
No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
If the opt-in option is selected at time of entry, the entrant consents to the personal information they submit with their entry being entered into the Promoter's marketing database to be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. All the entrant's personal information will be used and stored in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy which can be found at http://www.webjet.com.au/about/privacy/

The officers, management and employees (or immediate family of an officer, manager or employee) of Webjet, the Promoter, are not eligible to enter.
If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
