1. Information on how to enter and prize details forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is deemed to be an acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
2. The competition commences on Thursday 17th April 2014 12.01AM AEST and concludes on Sunday 4th May 2014 11.59PM AEST.
ELIGEBILITY:
3. Competition is open to Australian residents only.
4. Employees or a member of the immediate family of an employee of Harris Scarfe/ HS Home and/or are a sponsor or affiliate associated with the contest are not eligible for entry.
ENTRY:
5. To enter the promotion, eligible entrants must, during the promotional period:
- “Like” the Harris Scarfe Facebook page; and
- Tell us in 25 words or less why your Mum deserves this luxurious Simply Vera Prize.
One (1) entry per person. No person may enter the contest more than once.
6. All competition entries and any material submitted in connection with any contest (written, audio, electronic or visual) becomes the property of Harris Scarfe. It is a condition of entry that you allow the promoter to use, display and publish your entry received without further reference, payment, compensation or remuneration to you.
7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
8. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
9. To enter you need to be a subscriber to the hs Friends newsletter. By entering you will automatically be subscribed to the hs Friends newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
10. In entering the competition, each entrant warrants that their entry does not contain material that infringes in any way the rights of anyone else.
VALIDITY OF ENTRIES:
11. Harris Scarfe reserves the right to request information to verify the validity of entries including proof of identity and proof of residency. Verification is at the discretion of Harris Scarfe, whose decision is final. Harris Scarfe Management reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.
PRIZE DRAW:
12. Harris Scarfe Management will judge all entries and determine the winner on Wednesday 7th May 2014. This competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. The entry judged most creative will win the prize. Harris Scarfe's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. There will be one (1) winner of the competition, who will receive a Simply Vera Vera Wang Prize Pack valued at $1,517.85. WINNER NOTIFICATION:
14. The winners will be contacted via phone and email on Wednesday 7th May 2014 via the phone number and email provided in their competition entry. The winner will be asked for their postal details.
15. The winner’s first name, surname initial and suburb will be published at www.harrisscarfe.com.au and via Harris Scarfe social media channels on Wednesday 7th May 2014.
UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW:
16. If the winners cannot be contacted within 28 days of the prize draw, the prize will be made use of as Harris Scarfe sees fit. Harris Scarfe can be contacted via (03) 9863 2200 with attention to the Mother’s Day Competition to the e-Commerce Team.
PRIZE DELIVERY:
17. On receipt of the winner’s postal details, the promoter will aim to ship the prize within 28 days. The promoter accepts no responsibility for the safe, late, lost or misdirected postal delivery of the prize. The prize will be posted via Australia Post to their nearest Australia Post Office.

VARIATION OF TERMS:
19. Harris Scarfe reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions, withdraw any prize or cancel all or part of the promotion in its absolute discretion without notice subject to state regulation.
