WHO CAN ENTER?
Entry is open to all residents of NSW, QLD and VIC except employees and immediate families of the Promoter, Prize Provider and their associated companies and agencies and participating outlets. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or 1st cousin.
All entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of their legal parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter. The parent or guardian of the entrant must read and consent to all Terms and Conditions. The parent or guardian may be called to verify consent and may be required to sign a release at the discretion of the Promoter. The release will require the winner’s parent or guardian to accept responsibility for the acts and forbearances of the winner. The release will include the full name, address and telephone number of the winner’s legal guardian. Failure to provide such proof, particulars or releases will immediately invalidate the winner’s entitlement to the prize, subject to State and Territory legislation. If the competition winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian.
The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity or proof of registration ownership in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The competition commences on Sunday 1 May, 2016 at 00:01am (AEST) and concludes on Sunday 15 May, 2016 at 11:59pm (AEST). Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the competition close date and time.
HOW TO ENTER:
Entrants may enter the competition by submitting their original entry:
• Online by logging onto dailytelegraph.com.au/promotions (NSW), heraldsun.com.au/competitions (VIC), couriermail.com.au/competitions (QLD), and registering their details including (but not limited to) full name, address, post code, telephone number, e-mail address,code-word / subscription number (if required). The cost of accessing the promotional website will be dependent on the entrant’s individual Internet Service Provider.
PRIZE:
Individual prize value is up to $10,591.00 (inc GST).
Total prize pool value is up to $31,773.00 (inc GST) as quoted on Monday March 21.
PRIZE ELEMENTS
A trip for four (4) to UNIVERASAL STUDIOS HOLLYWOODSM, including:
•Round-trip coach-class air transportation for four (4) people to Los Angeles, CA (valued at $7,000 inc GST)
•Ground transportation to and from airport to hotel (valued at $240 inc GST)
•Hotel accommodations for five (5) nights for four (4) people (valued at $1,995 inc GST)
•Four (4) VIP experience to Universal Studios Hollywood (valued at $1,356 inc GST)
PRIZE RULES
There will be one (1) Prize (“Prize”) awarded. Prize winner (“Winner”) will receive a six (6) day, five (5) night trip for Winner and up to three (3) Guests (“Guests”) to Universal Studios Hollywood. Trip will include round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and up to three (3) Guests from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Prize Provider in their sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA*; five (5) night standard hotel accommodation (one room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) at Universal Sheraton (or at another on-site hotel as determined by the Prize Provider in their sole discretion); non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Los Angeles, CA*; One (1) day VIP Experience to Universal Studios Hollywood for Winner and up to three (3) Guests.
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Trip is ten thousand five hundred and ninety-one ($10,591.00). If Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her Prize with fewer than three (3) Guests or no Guest, the Prize will be awarded to Winner and each participating Guest and any remainder of the Prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. All elements of the Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. Unless child of winner, each travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, at least one (1) travel companion must be winner’s parent/legal guardian. Guests must be at least five (5) years old to participate in the VIP experience at the Universal Studios Hollywood. All VIP Experience tours and content are subject to availability based on peak periods, production schedules, and other factors and the sole discretion of Sponsors.
Travel companions must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Specific travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel, holiday, blackout dates, and other prize and travel restrictions. Trip must be completed within one (1) year of the end date of the promotion or Prize will be forfeited. Reservations are subject to availability. Trip must be booked at least sixty (60) days prior to intended departure date. Travel dates are subject to Prize Provider and Sponsor approval. ARV of Prize may vary depending upon the points of departure, ground transportation, and/or airline fare fluctuations; any difference between stated ARV and final ARV of Prize will not be awarded. Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance, meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, etc.) are included in the Prize and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of Winner. Winner is responsible for any air travel taxes and/or expenses, including applicable departure taxes or fees, inspection charges, and security charges. Once issued, tickets are nontransferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued and stopovers are not permitted. Travel arrangements must be made through Prize Provider.
All Prize elements must be redeemed at the same time. Prize Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.
