HOW TO ENTER
To enter you must insert your details in the entry form provided on the INFINITI landing page. Entries for the Promotion open at 00.01am (AEDT) on 21 May and will close at 11.59pm (AEDT) on 15 September.
Your entry isn’t considered accepted until we receive it – no matter when you send or submit it. Incomplete, inaudible, indecipherable or incomprehensible entries will be invalid.

The Promoter is INFINITI Cars Australia, a registered business name of Nissan Motor Co. (Australia) Pty Ltd, ABN 54 004 663 156 (Promoter).
If you enter this Promotion, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions. All information on how to enter, entry instructions, advertising material and prize information published or otherwise communicated are considered part of these terms and conditions.
You are ineligible to enter this promotion if you are an employee or director of the Promoter, an immediate family member of any employee or director of the Promoter, any retailer, supplier, associated company or agency of the Promoter, or any market research agency and any person who the Promoter has previously notified are is not eligible to enter.
Only one entry per person is allowed. You can only enter in your own name. If you try to fabricate entries by using automated entry software, mechanical or electronic devices or the wrong name, we’ll make your entry void.
This is a game of chance therefore the winner will be selected at random.
The winners will be selected at Bastion Collective, 14 – 18 Cremorne Street, Richmond, 3121, Melbourne one week prior to every remaining Melbourne Football Club home game at the MCG. The selection will happen at 10am. The remaining home MCG games are as follows (11th June – Collingwood Magpies, 1st July – St Kilda Saints, 14th July – Western Bulldogs, 5th August – Gold Coast Suns, 12th August – Sydney Swans, 24th August – GWS Giants)
The Prizes:
Minor Prize: Six unique entry winners will win the INFINITI Class experience. Each winner will be able to bring five of their friends or family with them. This includes:
INFINITI CLASS VIP tickets for you and 5 mates;
Return transfers in a luxurious QX80 from the winner's house to the MCG (subject to clause 11);
Premium General Admission tickets;
Food and Beverage vouchers;
Melbourne Football Cub merchandise.
All entrants go into the draw for the chance to win the 2018 Toyota AFL Grand Final Experience.
Major Prize: One entrant to the competition will win the 2018 Toyota AFL Grand Final Experience. This includes:
Two Tickets to the Toyota AFL Grand Final;
Return transfers in a luxurious QX80 from the winner’s house to the MCG (subject to clause 11);
One night accommodation at a Melbourne Five Star Hotel;
Melbourne Football Club merchandise.
For the QX80 Chauffeured return transfer to the MCG, the winner must be collected within a 40km radius of Melbourne’s CBD. If the winner doesn’t live within this radius, the winner and their guest(s) must travel by their own means to an agreed pickup location.
Each Minor Prize is valued at $1,500 and the Major Prize is valued at $4,000. The total prize pool is valued at approximately $13,000.
We can’t exchange, swap or transfer the prize(s) or any unused portion, or give you cash instead. Prize values are the recommended retail value and are correct at the time of printing.
The prize(s) are not transferrable and cannot be sold, scalped, auctioned or raffled. If the winner doesn’t turn up to redeem the prize, their guest will be denied entry.
We’ll contact the winner by email. Winners will have 48hrs to acknowledge receipt and confirm acceptance of the prize.
We’ll explain how to collect the prizes or arrange delivery/bookings.
If we can’t contact the winner despite making all reasonable effort to do so, or if the winner doesn’t claim their prize by the time we specify, then the prize will be re-drawn and re-allocated to another winner.
The Promoter may take photographs of you and/or your entry.
By entering this Promotion, you:
(a) consent to us using your personal details (name, likeness, image and/or voice); and
(b) agree to media exposure for the purpose of any future promotional, marketing, advertising or publicity (in any media) of our choice for an unlimited period without remuneration or other compensation.
We may at any time decide to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and we reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who hasn’t played by the rules or who has tampered with the entry process. Failure by us to enforce any of our rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
If we think you’re not in the mental or physical condition necessary to safely participate in the prize(s), we reserve the right to stop you from taking part in any or all aspects of the prize(s).
It is a condition of accepting the prize that you must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements.
In the event:
of unforeseen circumstances, alien invasion, zombie attack, war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster (including but not limited to natural disaster);
that this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion as appropriate.
To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, the Promoter’s officers, employees and agents, the Promoter’s related companies and all those entities' personnel exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense, including loss of opportunity) which is suffered or incurred by any individual in connection with the Promotion or prizes, including but not limited to: (i) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (ii) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (iii) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (iv) any variation in prize value to that stated in these terms and conditions; (v) any tax liability incurred by the Winner or entrant; (vi) any prize(s); or participation in or use of any prize(s); (vii) any direct, indirect, economic or consequential loss; (viii) any loss arising from negligence; (ix) any liability for personal injury or death. Nothing in these conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the Australian Securities and Investment Commission Act 2001 or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia.
