These terms and conditions apply to the GLO Meet & Greet with Shani & Michael Prize Draw advertised on Bondi Sand’s website between 08/07/18 and 22/07/18 (“Promotion”).
No purchase necessary.
Information on how to enter, promotional material and prize details form part of these terms and conditions. By entering, entrants accept these terms and conditions.
Entries are accepted from 09:00 (AEDT) on 08/07/18 until 23:59 (AEDT) on 22/07/18 when the prize draw will close (“Entry Period”).
To enter: entrants to fill out the online form on the Bondi Sands website by providing their name, DOB, gender, email and state.
For entrants under 18, a parent or guardian over the age of 18 must be present to claim prize.
The Prize consists of:
- One meet greet with Shani & Michael in Melbourne. Prize includes economy class flights for you and a friend from your closest capital city to Melbourne (27th July – 28th July), private transportation to and from Melbourne airport, 1 night shared accommodation at 4-star hotel Crown Promenade (27th July – 28th July 2018) and dinner at 400 Gradi (27th July 2018) to the total value of up to $1,500.
- 20 VIP runners up prizes and goodie bags valued at $55 each.
- Total prize pool is $2,600.
One major prize winner and 20 runner up winners will be chosen via random draw at TPAL Level 2, 11 York Street, Sydney 2000 on 23rd July 2018 at 10:00 (AEDT). All winners will be contacted via email on 23rd July 2018 AEDT.
The winner(s) will be announced on Bondi Sands Facebook page on 23rd July 2018.
The Prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other prizes.
In the event that the prize is unclaimed by 09:30 on 24th July (AEDT), an unclaimed prize draw will be held at 10:00 24th July (AEDT) at TPAL Level 2, 11 York Street, Sydney 2000. The unclaimed will be contacted via email on the 24th July and they will be announced on the Bondi Sands Facebook page on the 24th July 2018.
In the event that for any reason whatsoever that the winner does not make use of the Prize by the time stipulated then the Prize will be forfeited by the winner.
Cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
All entries become the property of the Promoter, who may use the entrants' names, for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant.
